The resort was fun! We enjoyed the pools! Staff was very polite! The bellman are the best!!! Funny guys! They treated us well!

The room was outdated and the carpet smelled of possibly cats or a horse? Lol! The resost was empty and they still placed us in Building E which is quite aways away from everything. Not sure why they were filling the back buildings when nobody was there? Other than that the stay was amazing!

Amazing! Beautiful property in an excellent location. Extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable. Staff are wonderful and welcoming, very friendly and everyone went above and beyond. We’ll definitely stay here again!

They have a lovely patio for outdoor dining. It was chilly and our space heater stopped working. A gentleman went to get someone to help fix it, and never came back. As the restaurant got busier, they forgot about us outside and we had to go in to get our check. Other than that, it was great and the food was delicious.

Breakfast was delicious. On patio near pool.

I had dinner at bot restaurants. The food was good but Unfortunately I had terrible service in each place. It was very disappointing. At the upscale restaurant I was forgotten, then had to flag down a random server to find the last server who inherited me from whoever to finally get my bill. After receiving the bill I realizing that no one was attending to my table I had to find someone near kitchen to check out with. There was no acknowledge of the poor service. :(

the grounds were beautiful and clean. the staff was friendly and service was excellent. we loved the pool and dining.

only complaint, the floors in the room was filthy. our feet were black after walking on them. they need to have them professionally cleaned.

The Resort maintains a spotless reputation. The staff is always smiling, friendly and wants the stay to be wonderful. I have been coming to this Resort for several years and can attest to that statement! The stay was exceptional!

We loved the fitness center. I was so happy to see a Peloton bike since I use mine at home daily and thought I was going to miss it so much while I was away. We also loved the beautiful view from AZul for breakfast and while lounging by the pools.

The prices at Azul seemed a bit high. And I would have liked to have a make up wash cloth. I always feel bad using a white washcloth because I feel that I may stain it. Some hotels now have a gray or black washcloth to be used for makeup removal.

this property is beautiful and well kept. I love that there are specific pools for adults only, Incase you are wanting peace and quiet. food at the restaurant is great and the wait staff are fantastic and eager to help. I love the location as it’s easy to get to dining, shopping or hiking.

our pillows were pretty flat, but the front desk sent new ones over on request.

The property was beautiful. It had great amenities. The gym was very clean and quiet and the pool area was nice. It had something for everyone

The bathroom was a little dated. Coffee in the room wasn’t very good. All in all we had a really nice stay.

There are multiple beautiful pools of varying size and temperature with plenty of deck chairs and tables to use. Food can be ordered and delivered poolside. The landscaping all over the property is well maintained and desert beautiful! Plenty of flowering plants for pollinators, too. All of the staff from the front desk to the bellhops have been excellent and attentive to whatever we needed. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. There is a separate tub from shower, too. Big closet for clothes and suitcases. The in room coffee wasn't a Kpod (yuck), but instead filter packs of Starbucks, which was nice. Making 1 cup at a time made for a stronger cup of coffee which was greatly appreciated.

The water to all buildings on the property was turned off from10pm to 4:30am on one of the nights, so no water for flushing, toothbrushing, or drinking. Very inconvenient. We came back from a late dinner and getting ready for bed was not easy without any water all!! There should be a microwave in the room to warm things up, like leftovers from dinner out, especially since a small fridge is present.

The pool was nice but just a bit crowded. The room was nice and bed very comfy. Staff was great as well!

Room had a bit of dust sadly but other than that it was good.
