I was very appreciative first and foremost that they were willing to switch my fiancé and I to a room with a tub, however I did put in my initial reservation that I would be very grateful to be placed there to begin with. From there everything else was great; the bed was comfortable, the breakfast tasty if only a little cold, and the staff was very kind and as I said accomidatating. Overall a very great stay 🌟

We weren't able to heat up our room via thermostat, we kept turning it up to take the chill off but had no luck the whole time.

Breakfast was excellent.

I left a head-lamp in the room. I knew exactly where I had left it, and then called the following morning. I then went back to the property to look for the lamp. No one had occupied the room since we left. The head-lamp was not there, and was not in lost-and-found. Clearly, one of the staff took the lamp. Everything else was fine, but I am very upset that someone "lifted" my head-lamp. I have just bought a replacement, and it cost me about $80.

Hotel was great

$300/night for off season PLUS $15 per night for parking. This is the ONLY time I've had to pay for parking at a Holiday Inn express. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I wasn't aware of this charge when the reservation was made... It should be noted because this is VERY unusual. I liked the location but next time I'll stay at the Marriott Residence Inn for the same money with no parking

It was quiet and the breakfast was great. Staff were all very friendly. The gym looks pretty new but you do have to go outside to get to it. The hot tub and pool were nice, both also outdoors.

The $15 per night parking fee. The lot was pretty empty when we were there. I can understand the fee during peak times, but not when there are only a handful of cars in the huge lot.

The price met our needs. The amenities were great and the cleanliness spot on.

Loved the numerous access to the rooms, but it was hard to roll the luggage and coolers. Not everyone is able to lift and climb the stairs at the same time. A ramp would have been nice. We had to go all around to the front to get to our room with our luggage an cooler when a close access was right by our room.

All the staff, every one, greeted us, as we passed in the halls and in the breakfast room. The room was clean, tidy, well equipped. We really appreciate the room-darkening shades.

The pull-up knob to engage the shower didn't quite stop the faucet from continuing to run. The toilet ran a few times. The single pane windows allowed all the noise in the parking lot to be heard.

Breakfast was great. Staff worked hard to find my booking.com reservation. Had to call booking.com.

Booking.com reservation not on the computer. Staff worked hard and contacted booking.com and got it worked out. I will not use booking.com again. They never tell you sometimes you get to motel and Reservation not there. Thought I would get charged by motel and booking.com.

The staff helped me resolve booking.coms mistake in my reservation process. They Hotel had no idea I was arriving or that I had paid for a three nights stay The breakfast was decent. The dining area was well cleaned regularly. The food was kept full and warm. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the facility was kept clean and orderly.

I did not like that Booking.com had not notified the Hotel of my three nights stay and the Hotel had not received any of my payment from Booking.com. My only complaint about the hotel is that it was a little noisy, but that is par for the course in most hotels.

First & foremost the staff was very friendly and absolutely pleasant. They were super nice they put us in a room with the red rocks view. it was nice to wake up every morning to beautiful scenery. VERY clean & modern rooms. I was happy to find a safe in the cabinet. The rooms were cleaned on DAILY basis which is not the case during and after the pandemic! I have stayed in hotels where I begged them to clean my room! so that was a huge plus! There is a water fountain to fill ur water bottles in the lobby. We utilized it on daily basis. The HOT TUB was a huge plus! it washed away our aches after long day of hiking. The location was close to some popular hikes & trails like Bell Rock & Cathedral Rock. Walking distance to gas stations, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. Short car ride to downtown Sedona. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel rate was significantly less expensive that majority of the other hotels/airbnb we looked at. So overall, good value & you get what you pay for. It was our first time in Arizona and if we ever come back, will definitely stay here!

Breakfast was subpar in my humble opinion HOWEVER Variety of options are available. I stuck to bagels and cream cheese and thats what I would have wanted anyways!

We booked last minute and they were very accommodating and helpful. We had our family dog with us and they worked to find us a room to make it easy to access the outside for him.

Although the food options were well stocked and refilled the area for breakfast is too small. There was barely any room to move about and we had to take our food to the room to eat.
