Spacious one bedroom villa, impeccably clean, well equipped -full kitchen, well maintained, very comfortable king size bed. It was the second week of June and even though the weather was hot during the day, the air conditioning function perfectly. Plenty of towels, great jacuzzi tub for two in the bathroom was a plus!!! My wife and I spend four days there and it was very peaceful and relaxing. We loved that the location was away from the tourist activity; however, close enough to go to markets, shops and restaurants. Red rock structures were all around!!

Everything was great.

The Villas at Poco Diablo were so cute and cozy! Check-in was super easy and the team at the front desk were incredibly helpful. Adam assisted me with a room change after my first night (I was in need of a bathtub) and he made it happen! The bed was comfy, the kitchenette super convenient, and the oversized bathtub was a dream. The resort is located in a great spot—not far from anything in Sedona or Oak Creek. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay and will definitely return the next time that I make my way to Sedona.

The Villa was very comfortable, it was nice having a full size coffee machine and a full size refrigerator. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. It was in a nice location outside of the busy areas of town, but a very short drive to get anywhere.

The balcony was less private than expected, and the neighbor smoked a lot while she was sitting outside, so the area outside our sliding door constantly smelled like cigarette smoke and didn't allow for comfortable relaxation. That's not within control of the property, but the outside area of each Villa is not very private.

The villas were a lovely place to stay all around. The room we were given was great, featuring a nice mini kitchen, which I only wished also included an oven. There was a lovely fireplace that allowed us to create the kind of loving ambiance that made it unforgettable paired with the view of the creek and cliffside from the window/patio. The bedroom itself was comfy and cozy, in particular the fan and cooling unit. The restroom having a double wide bath with air jets was a pleasant surprise. Just as an aside, the recreational facilities were great, though part of the resort not necessarily the villas.

Sitting towards the outside of town makes driving in and out of the area somewhat difficult as you are forced one way into what seemed like a long line of traffic every day. This of course isn't Poco Diablos fault, but something to be cautious of when making plans.

Willow Springs restaurant has great menu offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Build your own omelettes in the a.m. then Ora King salmon or lobster risotto (plus many others) for dinner! All so good....

The Villas far exceeded our expectations. The spacious suite had a marvelous walk-in tiled shower, mini kitchen with all necessary items, (small but perfect size for a several day stay,) corner electric fireplace, comfortable bed--what else can I say? Nothing negative in the slightest about the Villas. Even in early April the pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was a perfect 101!

Everything about this place was incredible!! I was hesitant after looking at the pictures but they do not do it justice! Super quiet! And we are party people!! It was so nice to do our activities then come back to this quiet place! We felt we were in a cabin all weekend!

Wifi was spotty! But a blessing to disconnect!

It's a good spot for the people looking for a quiet and comofortable place. The space is enough and the view from the room was excellent due to green grass and trees in front of my room. There was a stream nearby, which makes me cool during the hot summer season. There're a lot of trees which give shades for the house and makes it cool. It was very quiet. People working at the resort was very kind.

The location is a little bit inconvenient, because you should go out to buy anything, The resort seems a little bit old.

The staff is always great. Location is awesome for our conference. The gym at Poco is Available for the Villas. The room comes with coffee filters and salt and pepper for cooking.

It was freezing in our room when we arrived and in the 20s outside. They did offer to move us but the other room was warm but smelled musty and moldy. We opted for the cold room, which took 3 hrs to warm up. Maintenance, Josh, brought us a space heater which really helped us out. I have stayed here many times and this is the first time I have had any issue. The recliners are quite old and getting uncomfortable and need replacing. Other than that, I would stay here again. Also if the laundry was available after hours, that would be fantastic as well. Being in class all day it is hard tp do laundry when the office is closed at 530pm.

Nice property in a great location - close enough to downtown but not right in the middle of everything, and an easy access to all parts of Sedona. Tracey, who checked us in, was great and helped us with all of our questions. Thank you as it truly made our stay so easy at the Villas.

The location was quiet with a great view of the creek. The staff was friendly and it had all the amenities we needed. The bath tub was fantastic and the fireplace was a nice addition.

The furniture was clean but very dated and worn. The bed was soft.
