The parking lot was full, so there had to be a bunch of rooms booked, but it was ridiculously quiet. No issues with noise. Staff was super nice. Room couldn’t have been cleaner. Would absolutely stay there anytime I’m in town.

I liked that every time I stepped off the elevator on my floor, the air was fresh and clean, not stale. The hotel was quiet, not a lot of noise, even though there were lots of folks staying there. The shower was excellent, hot water, quickly. The beds were very comfortable, not too soft, but plush, I slept really well. Good location, there were lots of food choices that I could walk to.

The bathroom was incredibly large and beds/pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff could not have been nicer. Great for a quick trip in and out of town.

Breakfast left a bit to be desired. The coffee wasn't good, sausage was super dry, eggs were palatable when covered in ketchup, and the juice machine was broken. Also the blinds weren't working to open the window and let some light in.

This was excellent. Hot food was hot & cold food cold. Tables & counters were clean. Staff at front desk very helpful. Maids were willing to accommodate our time for leaving each day to clean the room. We were on the first floor and so they were cleaning those rooms first. But when we asked for them to not clean till 10:30 or 11 they were just fine with that.

Not hotel's fault but street construction made entering and exiting very difficult.

Friendliness of staff

Room had a ceiling water leak in bathroom which was very annoying. Unfortunately television was interning to get operating. Had to call front desk to get instructions on what was wrong? Only real complaint no info communicated at check in for WiFi or any other facility information.

i'm pretty sure the website featured a treadmill, but there was no treadmill at this location. it was one of the things i was counting on.

The night manager who checked us in was amazing. Our room was good, although it looked like the floor wasn't mopped good because there was what looked like a coffee spill. The bed is pretty firm, which wasn't super pleasant to sleep on but that's definitely preference. Sheets are cozy and the rest of the room was great.

We were told when we arrived there would be continental breakfast, which was one of the reasons we choose this hotel because in the reviews it said they were still serving despite COVID. However, we were pretty disappointed to find it was just a grab and go. I have a food allergy so there's was very little I could eat.

I got delayed in Atlanta overnight, I was worried my reservation would be cancelled. But the late night desk clerk assured me my room would be waiting for me whenever I arrived. To go through all that airline drama, your staff soothed my anxiety and treated me so well. Made my trip, thank you.

Check was fast and staff was wonderful. The location was very near the office i needed to visit. Going to Bentonville tomorrow and will book this hotel again.

Room was so clean, comfortable and beautiful. Loved my stay. Breakfast was grab and go but had delicious options.
