Breakfast was good and rotated to new selections daily. My favorite was sausage grave and biscuits, the western omelets were also tasty. For the reviews about garbage removal and room cleaning... It states plainly it's every 3 days carry out your own garbage folks. Front desk staff were more than happy to hand out everything needed, towels, bags, toiletries ect... Try being courteous vs antagonistic when dealing with people. It goes a very long way.

The acoustics in the pool building amplify kids having fun to almost an unbearable level.

We were there 4 hours away from home for my husband to have both eye's surgery. The room was great. The employees were friendly at the front desk and in the dining room. Breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was them wanting a credit card and charging me $100.00 on my card after paying through online booking. They are supposed to credit it back, but I have not seen the credit yet. They did take it would take a few days. I didn't take my little dog, but they did tell me it would be $50.00 a onetime fee no matter how many days you stay. A little pricy just for 2 days so we left her elsewhere. Overall, the stay was great. Waiting for my credit on my American Express.

Make pet stay cheaper or charge by the day instead of a large sum of money. Most Hotels charge $10.00 a day. People love their pets. Small dogs should be free and large dogs by the weight. Outside of that everything was good.

Pool hours were open until midnight, which was so nice after returning from a concert. Breakfast hours extended past 9 am after staying up all night in the pool, which was great. Coffee in the room was good! Perfect location with food and close to the amphitheater.

Couldn't find an extra blanket for the pull out couch and staff was new and didnt know where they were. He was very apologetic and kept looking but worked out in the end because we had car blankets.

The receptionists were really nice, the room was huge and clean, there were no privacy issues, breakfast had a nice spread (French toast sticks aren't common so it was nice), and the pool was nice. It's also right next to a lot of restaurants so you can take a 5 min walk to get some grub.

There was no place to plug up my phone by the bed. As a solo traveler, having it ready and by my bed is important for emergencies (call for help, light source, etc)

The waffles were excellent! Eggs & sausage were good. 5 types of bagels, 2 breads & 5 cereals offered. 2 types of coffee plus tea. Juice/Milk machine was broken 2 of 3 days. Kitchen staff very, very friendly & helpful. All hotel staff was very friendly. Room was very nice with sitting area & separate bedroom. Very clean & smelled AWESOME!

Breakfast stops at 9:30am M-F but 10:30am S & S. 9:30 is a bit early during the week since checkout is at noon. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Juice/Milk machine broken 2 of 3 days. Hot tub not working. (Huge disappointment!) Indoor pool not heated to a warm temp (water was quite chilly!) A/C in our room got quite damp & all of our things felt very wet. (Rm 215) Other than that, excellent stay!

Very nice & helpful staff. Room was comfortable, clean & quiet surroundings. Breakfast items satisfactory. Our trip to Bentonville was for medical reasons, so we didn't use the pool, gym, etc. & therefore have no comments on other facilities or amenities.

The room was smaller than expected, with limited areas for luggage. Also, the location, (which can't be changed), but, made access to & from the Inn, fairly difficult,

I felt very welcome the instant I hit the door! the 2 gentleman that were at the counter were very warm and gracious. I loved that I could easily access my room and had complete freedom to come and go as I pleased and was welcomed back with a smile each time I came and went. The parking out front wasn’t crowded and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb!

Although I loved my stay I only have a few complaints. First off, the hotel is directly behind Homewood Suites, which completely blocks the hotel and you have to use Homewood Suites parking lot to get around to Country Inns parking lot. it was difficult for me to navigate getting in and out when I left and re- turned. Second, was the door to my room…when I would enter, there was a lot of hang time and I’d almost have to shove it to close more quickly. Thirdly, the 2 doors within the room(the bathroom and the closet doors)wouldn’t close completely, and there were no easily accessible outlets or charging docks for cell phones. I had to use an outlet towards the end of the bed which made it more difficult to access my phone.

The room was awesome, the breakfast was great, Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Also we brought milk for our granddaughter, but ran out. The man at the desk let me go in the breakfast room and get her a cup.

The only things I had any issues with were I would have liked to play in the pool with our granddaughter, but it was really cold. She likes cold water, me, not so much. We really loved the breakfast, but packets of salsa would have been great.

Location was great, room comfort was good, accommodation's were sufficient for my needs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The jacuzzi/hottub was out of order ( I booked specifically because I wanted to use it. The waffle maker was down or not available the 4 days we were there, The morning biscuits & gravy was offered, there was no biscuits out when we came down to eat. (They added some later before we finished) We had no maid service during our 4 night-3 day stay without asking. (We did not observed the sign in the lobby saying they only cleaned rooms on Thurs & Mondays. As we arrived Thursday Evening and left Monday morning, we weren't included) The notice did say you could "ask" for needed service.

It was clean, most of staff were friendly, and good breakfast.

AHot tub not operational, a couple staff members were unfriendly, rude. We we there Thursday thru Sunday and not once did they pick up trash or leave clean towels. Them not making my bed was fine, but I do expect them to at least pick up dirty towels and leave clean ones daily and to take the trash. To pay $120 a night and not get clean towels and at least the trash picked up, not acceptable. I have to wonder, if someone just stays one night do they change the sheets in that room? Or did they just change them on certain days, Tuesday and Thursday?
