The kitchenette was great. They supplied everything I needed. Flatware, plates, pots, pans, glasses, cookies utensils, cutting board, etc. . The bed was so comfortable, and the room stayed warm, even in these frigid negative temps. The room was spacious and had a great deal of storage for clothes, shoes, etc. The bathroom was large and clean. Everything worked great, powerful shower, nice hot water. Hot breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. And each day offered something different. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and beautifully decorated. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. I will certainly book here again.

There was nothing to dislike. This hotel was fantastic.

I don't know if they had breakfast which was fine because we were going out for brunch anyway. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff in the evening and morning were friendly and helpful. They had Marie calendars frozen dinners to purchase which was super helpful when my bottomless 8 year old was hungry again after we were in for the night. Place felt safe which you sometimes don't get with extended stay hotels in this price range. Even had a set of utensils and such in the room. Everything clean. Room was plenty big enough and the price was lower than any of the hotels nearby that had horrible reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and will stay there again!

My room didn't have an iron but the staff was more than willing to get one for me if I had made a fuss about it.

The room I was in was amazing I could defined stay weeks at a time there.

There was nothing bad to say...The lady's up front Where very welcoming. There was one thing I thought was a little strange and there was your first door to go to the bathroom than another door...Maybe that's a changing room which is a brilliant idea.

Every aspect of my stay here was exceptional. They always go above and beyond. Staff is so friendly. The hotel is always clean. It's also very quiet. You don't hear anyone above you walking around.

It exceeded my expectations in every way. Not sure there is anything to improve.

This place was a wonderful place to stay. The price of the room far exceeded my expectations. The room was a little small but comfortable. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The oatmeal was good but it wasn't hot. There was a good variety of things to choose.

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, value, located near shopping and restaurants, hot breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wi-Fi strength was weak, pool wasn’t clean, however, this place appears to be geared towards business so I doubt it’s a concern for most people that stay here.

Everything was good.

Only issue was the TV remote didn’t work at first. Found out later the two remotes (living room/bedroom) had been reversed. Staff was helpful and responsive. Price did seem to be a little inflated for the Razorback homecoming weekend, but everywhere else was as well.

The bed was comfortable, the mini kitchen was a plus, and we loved the whole layout. To bad or was so cold out, because having a balcony was also very nice.

Nothing was disliked, but it would have been nice to have bacon or sausage with breakfast.

Good biscuits and gravy, orange juice tasted funny. Family member that has gluten allergy did not have a good selection choice. Real Cheerios instead of generic brand.

Rooms closer together would have been great but understand since we booked late.

Good location with easy highway access, parking, and close proximity to businesses. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette, sofa, and separate bedroom with extra TV. It was set-up for long term stay although we just stayed one night.

Hotel was a bit dated and entrances were kind of cramped. There was a pool, but didn't look very user-friendly at the time we were there. The separate bedroom needed a separate AC unit or better airflow to the main space. There was a ceiling fan and pass-through vent, but was not very effective.
