The property, itself, was great and the location was good for us. The staff could use better customer skills. I booked 2 rooms thru booking.com. When I arrived to check in i was told i only had one room. I tried to tell front desk I had confirmation number. she wouldn’t look at it and just said I only had 1 room. She started waiting on someone else. I was able to get a room. After I paid for my room and started walking away, she called my name and said she had found my reservation. She offered no apologies.

I liked the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was so delicious, and it was easy to use. The pool was nice and large, and it was kept clean. The room was also quiet, and I didn't hear a lot of outside noise.

The bed was not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be, and the pillows flattened out easily. Also, the ice machines were not working on both the third and fourth floors.

Location was perfect, Breakfast was very good. Room was clean.

Our room was right across from the swimming pool and it was full of kids both days. There were several families there for baseball and/or soccer tournaments so the hallway was quite noisy. They should have place a family with kids in our room and put us in a different area.

The staff was absolutely amazing and so helpful. It was clean and comfortable and the room size was massive. The breakfast was good as well. 10 out 10 I highly recommend this location!!!! We will absolutely be staying again on our way back though.

Hotel and room was clean. Pool was open and indoors. My kids had a blast everyday. Breakfast was great — eggs, turkey sausage, pancake maker, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. I loved that the coffee was 24/7. Location is right by a Shell and exit to the highway. More restaurants and a Walmart are a few miles the other way. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area.

I loved the quietness during the week because we came on a Thursday. By Saturday it was a lot louder but supposedly they had a soccer team and family reunion present so understandable.

The room was very clean! Everything looked well taken care of! It was very nice to have a sink in the little kitchen area, so we didn't have to use the bathroom sink for water for coffee and stuff like that. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when we asked for more coffee and towels.

My husband didn't like that there was no Nickelodeon on the TV. The only thing really that was a little bothersome was the divet (sp) over the comforter was very secure so the comforter did slide out, but it was easily fix. The lighting wasn't the greatest, but I've never really stay at a hotel that had wonderful lighting, I would say the lighting was average with other places we've stayed.

Staff was great. Location was great and good breakfast. Appreciate the 24 hour coffee in the lobby!

People hanging out late in the back and propping the door open with the rug. Did not feel very safe. Apparently this was a regular thing that staff was aware of. Beds were very very firm. I guess this is just personal preference. Not a good fit for someone that prefers a cushioned mattress.

Spacious hotel and room. Interesting breakfast with pancakes in a minute. Location is good.

Nobody was in the lobby. We had to wait for about 20 minutes until someone came. Sofa bed was terrible, it was all broken. My daughter had to turn around because otherwise head would be way lower than all of the body.

the continental breakfast was very good. we enjoyed having access to the indoor pool. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

there is a building under construction right in front of the hotel that blocks it’s view.
