customer service was friendly upon arrival rooms were exactly as stated on website, clean bathrooms and accessible items when called for room service.

asked for a wake up call, didn't receive one, some of the breakfast items were cold. the vending machines were out of alot of items for a mid-night snack

All facilities nice. So nice to be able to have hot breakfast again. Morning staff in the breakfast area were just exceptional. Room for the most part was clean and well kept. Some dirty corners and high wall dust bunnies but overall much better than a lot. COVID has just taken a toll on everyone with staff shortages, etc.

Unfortunately on arrival there was not anyone at the front desk to assist for over 10 minutes. It was a bit eerie with the lobby wide open but no one in sight for that long. Anyone could have come in and taken any and everything from the snack area. Just gave me an unsafe feeling. Again, probably staff shorts or cuts.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and clean.

We were on the first floor by the lobby, so I was woken up at 6:40 AM by everyone’s conversations and laughter. Eventually fell back asleep. I asked to checkout late, and they accommodated to noon.

There were numerous choices on the breakfast from waffles to muffins and everything in between. The staff member Loretta was a hard worker, pleasant and was there to meet your every need. A very sweet Lady.

The room was equipped with handicap features except for one thing: Yes, there was a railing on the side of the bathtub to help people INTO the bathtub, however, once in the tub, and taking the shower, the tub floor was slippery and there was no railing inside the tub to hold onto. I am speaking for me who has a balance issue, although not handicapped. Taking a shower in a tub with no railing to hold onto in case of falling is unexceptable.

The hotel was close to the concert event I attended downtown and my Lyft rides was $9.00 to and from. This was the most convenient location for my Leisure. I really enjoyed the full cooked meal for breakfast and it was so,so delicious. Ms. Loretta cooked the meals on Saturday and Sunday and her Hospitality and customer service skills were Phenomenal and beyond the average employee. She took care of me like I was family. Traveling alone can cause somewhat apprehension, but I felt safe and well taken care of and I really appreciate the entire staff for being so pleasant.

Well at checkout time and another family checking had an unruly vicious dog, whom wanted to attack me. The dog was barking and growling. So this was the only time I felt unsafe. I also have a dog and love animals. But yeah, that caught me off guard!

Breakfast was very good. Location not the best but OK.

Booking with booking.com they charged me for an upgrade the room for a microwave and the rooms all had microwaves. Also they then tried to charge me for air conditioning and I called the hotel and fond out all the rooms had air.

I didn't like the $150 hold on my card because I was local. And what sucks even more is that it takes 3-5 business days to return the money on the card, but the payment for the room was deducted days before I arrived.

The room was big enough for 5 of us plus pets. We got a queen suite. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and cheerful.

I did not like the fact that there was not any mention of the cost to bring pets. I do not usually travel with pets so I did not realize that pet friendly did not mean that there wasn't an extra charge of $30 per night per pet. I have two very small toy poodles so I was a little shocked.

Great staff. There was alot to choose from for breakfast. Room was clean. Pool was a little smaller than others I have been to but nice. Not much in walking distance but many options a short drive to.

We did have to ask for towels everyday but they were nice and brought them as soon as they could.

Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great
