The room itself was very comfy. We checked in at night due to our power being out for 3 days and the staff was very friendly. We brought our dog, and although we had to the paperwork to prove she was a service dog just in case, we were not hassled about her at all.

The location. Everytime we went outside to let our dog use the bathroom, there were homeless people begging for cash and rides. Thankfully I had my boyfriend with me so I wasn’t alone, but they were very harrassing and did not take no for an answer. I know this is not the hotels fault, but the location was not the greatest.

NThe lady at the front desk during day was super nice and professional. We had a leak from sink in our room and they got right on it and gave us another room. This beats the Hilltop Inn where Nick is very unprofessional, they lie and the hotel itself is gross and run over with drug dealers, prostitutes and unprofessional staff! Thank you Quality Inn for your service and professionalism and of course cleanliness!

I can't say there was anything I didn't like except vending machines empty and no laundry for guest.

I loved how clean the room was. The bed was very comfortable. The air was super cold. It was a nice view as well.

They are going through Construction /renovation. The only thing I said was the fact that you can see underneath the door. At least two to three inches. also, at breakfast, they did not have any meat, to go with the mini waffles.

Friendly fast and efficient service. Only drawback was the maid forgot to put towels back in the room. But overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again.

The lady at the desk was very awesome. And was very concerned that we was able to come in a little earlier. And understood that we was there because my mom was in the hospital. And I really thank her so very much.

Only thing I didn't like that I seen bugs in my room. And the air conditioner was very noisy. But other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Most Quality Inns are very clean and well organized. Please suggest that housekeeping start cleaning the showerHEADS also.

The price was good, they allowed dogs which was awesome.
