Second year in a row to stay here for Big Dam Bridge 100 bike ride. We requested a room near the one we had last year on the 4th floor facing the river. The night lights on the river makes for a really nice view. If you plan to stay, ask for a river view. The History of Arkansas museum is next to the hotel is extremely nice and free admission. If you need to be at the convention center, it's a 100 yard walk. Plenty of places to dine within walking distance. Suggestions are Flying Fish, Bruno's Little Italy and @ on the corner just two blocks from the hotel. This area around the hotel is clean and has plenty going on. Highly recommend staying. We'll be back in 2025.

Would be great to have at least a refrigerator, possibly a mircrowave in the room. We couldn't bring back any of our leftovers from dining out.

The location is definitely the best. The hotel does have a parking on site. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The ladies at the restaurant are the nicest people in the hotel.

The room only had to aces to plug your electronics, no USB charger port., also yhey didn't want to honor the breakfast included in the reservation through Booking.com. at the end they did end up giving us the voucher, but the bitter moment should have been avoided by the front desk personnel. The breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast, if it wasn't included would have definitely gone for breakfast at another place, there are a lot of options close to the hotel.

Staff at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful as well as the gentleman at the front door that carted our luggage up to the room. The room was very clean. The view of the river was great, especially at night. My spouse really enjoyed the night view with the lights

Wish the rooms had at least a refrigerator and possibly a microwave. We were there for three nights for a cycling event and ran into an issue of having to go up and down floors every day to locate an ice machine to refresh the ice in our soft sided travel cooler. Not meant for long term use. The only other minor issue was when asking house keeping staff for extra towels, neither of the three employees understood ENGLISH. I had to resort to using my hands to simulate using a towel. It wasn't until another employee showed up that understood ENGLISH that then translated to the other three employees in SPANISH that I was asking for bath towels.

The location is spectacular. The breakfast variety was good. The staff was amazing. Especially Leo at the front check-in desk. The bar has great drinks.

I don't like you paying for breakfast and parking. The hotel needs some deep cleaning to the carpet and chairs in the restaurant. The hotel needs renovation. The curtains in the room need to be cleaned or replaced. The chair in the room was peeling and needs to be replaced.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who promptly checked us in and gifted us a fresh cookie and complimentary waters. She was able to provide recommendations for entertainment also. Our room was clean, the bedding was crisp and the view was beautiful, especially at night. We had a clear view of the river and the colorful bridge. The noise was minimal and allowed for a restful night.

Loved our location. We did ask for a room with a river view and we did not get that but our room was very clean and comfortable. We booked here because we wanted "shuttle service" to a concert. I called directly and was reassured they would definitely be running a shuttle. I questioned because one of the facility's we stayed at previously had cancelled all shuttles.

Would have loved to be on the river side. The staff was never rude but they were very short with us when we asked about a shuttle(the MAIN reason we booked is because I called the facility directly and they assured me they would be running a shuttle to the concert we were attending). When we asked we were told very abruptly that was ONLY IF IT WAS AVAILABLE. They did reach out to the shuttle driver and we arrived to our concert in a timely manner and were picked up by a fantastic driver very promptly.

A few minor issues with room. Bathtub stopper was broken. Faucet leaked. No usb charge ports. Having a guide book in rooms with local to-dos and hotel info would have been helpful. Couldn’t access free wifi. Getting around within a few miles of hotel was difficult. Had to walk everywhere (not necessarily a bad thing, just inconvenient). Coffee station was hit or miss

Great location with view of the river, room was clean and pretty quiet for such a busy holiday. Nice pool. Great cookies!

The room was pretty small and no place to sit down and eat in your room, no fridge.

The room was very very nice. The balcony was a nice feature. Very cozy room with very nice soft beds.

The stuff was a little unprofessional. They were not really rude just not as helpful as they should of been because they were not acting very professional for such a nice motel. I do Hate having to pay to park. I feel like that should come with the price of the room.

Liked the location.

Bathroom little small. Toilet paper in the most terrible place base on where toilet was. Shower gel was out. Light bulb in bathroom started blinking. Shower curtain did not fit that Shower. Would not reach all the way and water ran out by tub
