The gentleman at the front desk was polite & check in went quick & smoothly. NO BED BUGS!!! The granite around the shower was beautiful and the tub was CLEAN! We had our 1 year old and she's not too sure about staying away from home, she screamed a little when momma wasn't holding her. We still didn't get a phone call saying someone had complained(this happened to us at a different facility once.) It was a quiet place & overall was a great stay for the price. Will stay again!!
The non-smoking room smelled like marijuana when we first walked in. The comforter's on both beds had cigarette burns on them but they were clean, as well as the sheets and the rest of bedding. The pillows were flatter than I like, luckily I brought my own. Some of the nooks and crannies in the room could have been cleaned a little better, behind/around the nightstand & bathroom mirror.

It was relatively clean and comfortable.
Nothing that would cause great concern. My wife could not find her cell phone and I pulled out the night stand from the wall and there was a plastic bag. Maybe you will catch that when you do a deep clean of the room.

Breakfast was not good . I had to get staff involved in refilling coffee and waffle batter.only other thing to eat was dry muffins . Could use a lot more involvement on upkeep and options .

The hotel easy to find and affordable. The room was a good size and bathtub was to die for.
The fan over the bathtub area was broken and made loud noises and the bathroom door was broken.

The room was just right and the workers were exceptionally nice and helpful.
They have a huge parking lot but it isn’t lined. All the slots by the room were full, but I didn’t know what else to do but park all the way on the other side, (about 100 feet away), and leave a big space in the middle. It’s not a big thing, but something that would help. I plan to stay here again on future trips.
