Very comfortable and had a clean room. The dishes and toaster and other household items made it convenient to cook instead of having to eat take out. I had to relocate due to issues in my apartment and this really made it super easy

The key card had to be reset daily and sometimes more than once in a day. The fridge didn't get real cold. Other than those minor things the time I spent there was pretty much relaxed and easy.

The room size & configuration is perfect for our needs. Room was clean, with bed & pillows being comfortable. Well located near the Oakland Airport, with quick access to freeway.

On check out, I requested a paid receipt but the front desk person said he couldn’t, because I booked through a 3rd party. This was a first, maybe due to some policy change since the last time we stayed.

The cleanliness was really good everything was clean when you entered the building you get a fresh scent clean.... The staff was really nice very friendly welcoming especially Teka (not sure how to spell her name ) she was very friendly and made sure we had extra blankets... The building was locked after hours so it made it seem safe it's in a really good neighborhood

There was not one thing we didn't like about our stay..

The location was quiet, the room was large and the hotel was well lit outside. and the windows open which is nice, the kitchenette was nice and the staff were helpful giving you whatever you needed for the kitchen/room. There was no maid service but that’s due to COVID and the bonus with that is the hallways haven’t constantly got maids knocking on all the doors making noises throughout the afternoon. The hotel is dog friendly which was a plus.

I must admit the smell of weed was strong on entering the hotel and our room did smell of smoke the first day but it didn’t offend us since it slowly got better with air conditioning and the windows open which is nice. The breakfast needs improving, maybe add fruit or danish pastry’s or muffins or something, all there was was packages of instant oatmeal and granola bars. Bathroom light didn’t always come on either but they can be fixed.

Room was like a small apartment. With the ability to prepare your own meals. That really helps because there are no stores or places to eat within 3 or 4 miles.

We appreciate that the breakfast grab & go is back. The location is perfect for our needs. The rooms having a kitchenette allows for a longer stay-only the basic cooking & serving items are provided, so remember to bring necessary items from home. The staff has always been very kind.

Bit more maintenance is in order. Example, the window seal of one of our rooms windows was sealed with electrical tape instead of a true fix

They charge me twice I told the lady working front desk I already paid when I book the room she said no now show my statement I pay twice
