staff friendly. only thing is now they charge 16 dollars a night to park your car there. as of Jan 1st 2023. plus 50 dollars added on to your nightly stay for incidentals they say. which they say will be refunded on my credit card if room ok. so I will have to keep looking at my credit card to make sure I get refunded 100 dollars as I stayed two nights. so booking.com should let customers know this

Very clean kitchen area is well equiped. Beds are comfortable and it is really clean.

Room was not what was described when you book there are no patios and no bath tubs in the bathrooms just showers.

Five stars I loved everything about this place. I would stay here again in a second I wish  more hotels had this design consciousness

I loved the fact that the property was soo close to a body of water I love the ocean and this property was too perfect

Breakfast was disappointing!! I wish we had more options of breakfast like bacon and sausage and fresh scrambled eggs instead of pre packaged eggs

Best hotel I have stayed at in years. The staff was courteous and friendly the location was relaxing and felt out the way even thou it was still in the Oakland area. Most services were close due to covid-19 but it was still great. Only problem was parking lot at night a few trucks mostly broken windows and unfortunately my truck was stolen from this property on my last night there after staying for two weeks.:( other than that it was great

The customer service was outstanding. As a board member of the Alameda Chamber, I was impressed. I needed a night away from home and work, and it was great.

The bed was a little to hard for me. They need better mattresses'. Other than that I would give it a 10.

It’s close to the airport so there’s not much around but there is a nice park/trail along the water. Would’ve loved a coffee place walking distance but sadly no.

The location is secluded. The staff is very accommodating. You could do a long term stay here and be pretty comfortable for an affordable price.
