The fact that it was so clean and welcoming, despite the price, was such a nice surprise. Jenny on the front desk was so incredibly lovely and helpful, I really felt like she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. All the staff were great though. The pool area was awesome! And as a family with young children it was so nice to be able to unwind in this area. So close to Disney, as well as a nice five minute walk to central Anaheim. After a long flight from New Zealand it was the perfect place to arrive to. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff, staff, staff.. so friendly so helpful, went way and beyond to help us have good vacation. Hotel is nice, very family friendly, smoking banned on the whole property, quite hours, etc.

There is no bathrobes available in the hotel. Cleaning of the rooms you have to book ahead with a front desk, and restaurant in the hotel (which has really good food and drinks) has really weird business hours - which didn't work out with our schedule at all.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful with dining suggestions for our special dietary needs. We had several meals in the hotel restaurant, too. The menu offered enough options to satisfy us, but the best part we’re the servers. Genuinely friendly and helpful, and they truly made our stay a happy one. It’s so important to start and end a busy day with caring people who take the time to remember what you like.

My husband must eat gluten-free, and there was No gluten-free bread for him. This is such an easy thing to keep on hand, and there are so many people who have gluten sensitivity or allergies. I thin a second grab bar in the shower would be advisable.

Facilities was clean and remained clean during my stay. The staff we very friendly!

Not “I didn’t like” however, maybe a suggestion. This was my very first trip to Anaheim, CA so was very clueless about the area. When I asked the front desk staff about directions around the hotel and was not able to help me because she said she didn’t know the area. I was mapping a walking path to Angels Stadium and didn’t know how to get there. Of course I ended up googling it. It would be helpful if staff knew the basic streets and directions to local venues. Just a suggestion 😊

Great, clean room with comfortable beds. Staff were really nice and we enjoyed ending our day in the hot tub!

As the hotel is beside the highway there was some traffic noise (our room faced the road but there were rooms that didn’t) but it wasn’t too bad overall - we put on the fan in our room at night for some white noise. Only other thing I’d say is that we had a hard time figuring out our safe.

The hotel is staffed by very friendly people. The coffee bar downstairs was excellent. I wish it had longer hours. The hotel is far enough away from Disney that its not hard to get in and out of. And it is right on the line for the buses to and from the park w/ on demand pick up. Great perk!

Hotel is outdated. Needs a fresh paint job for sure. The restaurant is open very minimal hours and the only way to contact them or get food is to sit inside. I would have liked to order ahead and pick it up but there is no phone line. There are no ice machines and the water is $3 a bottle. Room was spacious but needed a new door lock and toilet as both had issues while I was there.

Incredible staff, rooms were clean and nice and hot tub was great.

Pillows are rough, makes for a lot of tossing and turning and the connecting doors have inch gaps under them and you can hear everything the room next door is saying all night and morning including a screaming baby for 3 days in a row.

Separate room for adults with bunk beds for the kids. Xbox in the room with a choice of games in reception. Restaurant in the hote lobby and a small snack shop. There is also a shuttle bus going too and from Disneyland. The room also had a kitchen space with coffee machine and a fridge plus a table with a couple of chairs. Both rooms had air-conditioning and the beds were very comfortable! Would recommend 👌

Price of parking is $30 per night

Great location for a wedding we attended in the area. Parking was easy and accessible and not as expensive as I thought it was going to be. The staff was very friendly and the check in process was smooth and seamless.

One of the elevators was out at some point, but the other 2 were functioning so it wasn’t a complete hinderance.

excellent value for money. The service we received from staff was 5 star. The pool was heated so my son was able to swim even in winter! the rooms very very clean and looked exactly like the photos, no disappointments! 5 - 10 minute walk to some convenience stores and eateries. shuttle bus (extra fee) to Disney is handy. again, top class service from all staff

For the money you pay for the hotel there is nothing to criticise.
