I loved the location no homeless or noise hall ways. I could even tell if we had guest next door or above us. staff was amazing all 3 nights I stayed. the suite was perfect for 6 of us. it had silverware kitchenette microwave glass cups, porcelain plates and bowls. dishwasher and soup. I love the window view. beds were sooo comfortable soft and clean. it was like sleeping in clouds. king suit has a bed couch so it gave me more beds for my family. my kids loved the hot tub the lobby and breakfast are was huge. breakfast was good eggs,bacon, yogurt, fruit,bread.cheese. potatoes, milk, juices,oatmeal. hot sauce my favorite. cereal. my kids enjoyed our stay definitely coming back hopefully soon. good parking spaces wide enough for my truck. we used the bus / shuttle to go back and forth from Disney. 6$ /per person per day. used the app.

building was very nice inside no old walls or elevators. no weird smell like closet. clean clean. very close to Disney. lots of places to eat around the area.

Location was decent - small distance from Angels stadium and Disneyland. Beds comfy, staff nice, all pretty much everything was good.

One issue that I found was the cleaning. I noticed that the parts of the carpet, especially corners werent properly vacuumed.

The location was very good, for us only 25 minutes walking distance to Disney. Many restaurants and the GardenWalk also in walking distance. Our room was really big, absolutely clean and very comfortable. The resort itself was very beautiful, especially the breakfast room and also the garden and the pool area. We really liked the free breakfast, which was very good with a wide variety of baked goods and cereals, coffee, juices, breakfast tacos, pancake machines, etc. We loved this resort and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

See no need as to why you would charge for parking

My family and I loved our stay. The location is very good with stores nearby. The staff is cordial, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean, the beds are so comfortable, and the pillows are soft. We enjoyed the hot breakfast variety, which is very delicious for all the family. We were also able to cook ourselves for the kids, later throughout the day in our room using the stove top in the kitchenette, which is very convenient for those times where your tired and don't want to go out. Must add the pool, very refreshing with clean warm towels at hand! Thank You Sonesta! 😁

My family and I had a great stay. We are a family of eight, and the suite we were in had more then enough room. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was good, the pool was nice and clean, and the staff were very nice and polite. The free breakfast was a great money saver especially for my big family.

The only thing we didn't like was the eggs for breakfast. There are other options for carton eggs that taste better and are still cost effective and also having water would be nice, my kids don't drink a lot of juice. But that's the only thing I think of that we didn't like.

The cosy entrance with open fireplace, the large pool area and very friendly front reception staff.

Our suite seemed to smell quite musty on arrival and the curtains seemed to have some stains on them at the bottom edges. We were grateful that the bedroom windows opened right up so we could air them out when we were out for the day. The spa bubble dial didn’t seem to work but it was a great temperature. The plugs also seemed to get jammed often so they must be an ill-fitting design.

The staff was very friendly, and the location was close to Disneyland. My family and I were able to see the fireworks from the pool. It was very nice and clean you can smell the cleanness.

For the most part, it was clean, but we did notice that the comforter of one of the beds did have a makeup stain, and I know it wasn't from me because I don't wear any. Another thing was that parking spots were a bit crowded, and either they should really ask owners to pick up after their own dogs or have someone of the staff pick up.

Clean, staff was very accommodating and friendly, pool area was great with lots of seating options and a nice size pool. Kitchen area was well equipped it even had a dishwasher. The breakfast was amazing with lots of seating and staff kept everything full and clean. Disneyland was about a mile walk with lots of shops and restaurants, otherwise the bus was located next door at the sister property. Definitely will be staying again. Highly recommended.

The only downside I can think of is that the laundry facilities only had 4 washers and 3 dryers.
