Excellent location. Clean room and facilities. Good breakfast.

Breakfast and housekeeping staff made good impressions. Front desk staff are the essential personality of the property. So the quality of their initial welcome and their subsequent opportunities to wish guests a good day or safe travels are opportunities to make an important personal impression. I enjoyed my stay. But since you asked, this is a reminder that anything front desk staff can contribute will certainly enhance the property’s appeal.

Very comfortable room. King suite has two rooms. One with a sofa and TV 📺. The other room has the king bed and TV 📺 nice large flat screen TV in both rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are very clean. The location is safe. Right outside the lobby door is a Chili's restaurant. Breakfast was good. Eggs, waffles, cereal, bacon, toast, pastries, cold cereal and yogurt, juice, and coffee. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was very cold. This is our third time staying at this hotel. We definitely will stay here again on our travels. Prior to this stay, we stayed in a double queen room. It was a very good-sized room that's very comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

Nothing, really. It would be nice if you heated the pool all 3 times we've stayed in the past year. The pool was ice cold. Also, room 419, the TV said error and to reset the settings. We called and they offered to switch rooms but we declined because we had a TV in the bedroom. Good customer service!

Cleanliness of the entire property. Also, we arrived midnight driving from NorCal and were pretty exhausted. The guy upfront was great. Check in was pretty fast and even waived the pet fee just so we can get our good night sleep to drive again next day.

There are two Holiday Inn in the area. GPS took us to the other one before we got here. Need to specify the entire address.

Breakfast was excellent. Way more than expected. Staff was personable. I'm sorry for the loss of your staff person for whose family you were raising money. I hope they come out ok after that tragedy.

The only complaint was that we were hoping to use the indoor pool so our kids could swim late and not be cold in an outdoor pool. But the pool was extremely cold and in an air conditioned room. If the pool were heated, thus allowing for fun night swims, we would have really enjoyed that.

Our stays are always good, up to this point never a issue with anything outside of the regular.

I can say that the only thing I every had to say bad about this hotel is that, I am not 100 with the animals being allowed here, people let their animals are an acquired taste. Meaning I have walked away from breakfast seeing dog hair from someone clothes fall off in the breakfast area, people will pet their dogs at reception and come eat, everyone has their thing I just think if that is what I can see what is going on that I dont see. Now this is just what i find gross you might be ok with this sort of thing, but you asked.

The rooms were clean and neat. The hotel is easy to get to from the highway.

We waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk to check us in. She was rude and couldn't recommend a place for dinner saying she "didn't live there". The hot tub wasn't hot and when we turned on the jets it started foaming up. Yuck!

Breakfast was excellent. The selection was fabulous and liked how it was set out. Excellent location and good eating choices within walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly. Cozy and so well decorated for the holidays.

I didn't like the mattress. It needs to be replaced - too soft and too old. For that one reason I wouldn't return even though I liked everything else.

it was very clean! We asked for the top floor and it was very quiet except for a little freeway noise. The proximity to the restaurants was very convenient.

We specifically choose this hotel over another because of the pool, but upon arriving we found out the pool and hot tub were closed. That was pretty frustrating. The staff were not very friendly.

We didn't stay for breakfast. It just didn't look appetizing which was disappointing. We were on the first floor and that made us very uncomfortable due to lack of security and barriers on the outside. There were homeless and it was dark.with cars and trucks parked outside.

Service was great and the breakfast was super.

I consider my a pretty understanding person when it comes to electronics but the tv remote was terrible. It took me forever to figure out the particulars of the device but finally I was able to do so.
