Location is close to the freeway, so it made travel super convenient. There are a few restaurants across the street if you want to get something close by, but there's also a restaurant within the hotel too. I got to my room a few hours before my partner and they did everything right checking in a solo female traveler. Would stay here again if in the area.

The elevator took a super long time and it would show no indication that you pressed the button when trying to take the elevator from my room floor. I would sit there for 2-3 minutes, not knowing when or if the elevator was coming. I was able to walk to both of ends of the hallway to contemplate taking the stairs, and the elevator had still yet to come.

During my stay there was additional security posted at the entrance door and observing the parking lot made it more comfortable and assisting guest with passes for to car in an area when there’s overflow. And the convenience of coffee shop and bar/ restaurant downstairs. Check-in and Check-out was fast and efficient.

I had no problems overall. One thing that was missing in my room was trash bags in the bins, that was not a big deal.

We were greeted with friendliness and warmth by staff as we entered the Hotel. That seems to be a rare in this day, and welcome relief. We were there to attend a three day funeral for one of our esteemed Bishops. From the point of our arrival to our departure I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Hotel! Kudos to their staff.

They are always polite and give you a great service when you need something they help you on what you need every time I stay there is a great experience for me I feel like home away from home

In the floor I was the smell of marihuana by the way we report it and they help us taking the smell this is the second time it happen to us but with a different floor

A good sized room, good sized bathroom, the couch, excellent shower water pressure.

There was no noticeable working exhaust fan in the bathroom. So after we took our showers the bathroom walls were moist, and the mirror was foggy. My wife had to wait to apply her makeup or see when curling her hair with the iron. The pillows went flat.

Great service if you need special thing and they can provide it like having a room next to elevator, lower floors, extra towels, they make it happen.. Lamar the night manger I think , went out of his way for us and was so kind. This is my hotel when i come into town to visit Northwoods Inn restaurant for events.. thank you for your service's.. Great Hotel.. Be the way Firestone is no longer the exit, it's Valley View the exit from the 5 fwy north coming from Disneyland..

Breakfast food taste good but all the same for 3 mornings, good but ordinary. However, staff and servers are very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The room and hallways are always cleaned. Parking area was secure.

The hotel grounds was large so I hope parking is free.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The bed was really comfortable with lots of great pillows. Coffee shop was very convenient and iron and ironing board in the room was very good.

The shower could have been more modern. There was noise at night, generators I think coming from the hotel.

It was clean and great service the house keeping people awesome people really friendly and make you feel welcome the same with the check out lady they really make me come back

The check inn the guy was not friendly so sad like the way was before my other check inns people were awesome this time not

Everything was good. Friendly Staff, comfortable beds, easy checking in and out. Hotel was close to every place I needed to be.

There was a red stain on carpet in our room. One of the drawers was broken. The shower was a bit confusing to use and the water didnt drain well in shower.
