I love the Tangerine 🍊 in Burbank! It’s my home away from home every time I visit Los Angeles. The location is perfect, with easy parking, great heated pool, clean rooms, super comfortable beds, selection of coffees and delicious pastries from the amazing Homeboys Bakery, amazing staff and right next door to my favorite Mexican restaurant, Don Cuco - be sure to try the Mango blended Margarita with Tajin chili pepper rim! 🌶️ A wonderful modern boutique hotel with an amazing old school road trip motel charm!

I didn’t get to stay there long enough.

the location was perfect for us. We had plans to visit Universal and it was a close drive. The area also seemed safe and walkable. Lots of places to eat nearby.

wish the pool was open until 10. the smoking area was close to the pool and we couldn’t enjoy it because the smell of cigarettes were way too strong.

Great location, close to everything with restaurants and downtown Burbank within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, the toiletries were nice, the rooms were clean, and they had pastries and coffee/tea, and water for your water bottle every morning. It was too cold for swimming when we were there, but there is a small pool.

The beds were a little hard, and it's probably time to replace them. We had difficulty finding parking one night. The restaurant next door had their garbage bin blocking a parking space, and I suspect some of the parking was being used for a private party there.

Very cute place to stay. Overall, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great for us. Just outside of the craziness, but close enough to make visiting certain attractions easy.

The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was that when we first got to the room each night, it would be very warm and stuffy. Once we got the air conditioning unit going, it was much better though. Also, as with many hotels, the ironing board was terrible and kind of gross. I wish hotels would pay better attention to keeping the ironing boards clean.

We only booked this hotel for one night, as we were catching a flight an out of Burbank Airport the following day. The hotel is very centrally located and close to the Airport. It's an older motel that has been given a facelift and a cute mid-century modern look. It's right on Riverside Drive, so if you swim in the pool, be aware that the view is of a busy street and city scape. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They offer a small breakfast spread in the morning, which is nice if you need a quick bite and are on the go.

Despite the cute paint colors and interior remodeling, the rooms do have a distinctive roadside motel vibe. This is a great hotel for a short 1-2 night stay, especially if you are traveling for business and don't plan to use the pool and other amenities.

Great location! We used this as our central 'hub' for a week in LA before heading out on a cruise. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were great!

The in-window air conditioning/heating unit could have been quieter and less 'tempermental' during the unseasonably cool weather this February. It tended to be too hot or too cold. The building is likely better suited for warmer weather stays given its age. There was a creaking/popping noise at one section of our floor when one got up in the night - that was a bit weird, but we dealt with it. Would stay here again regardless of these issues.

Such a cool, quaint, little hotel in a perfect location. Very clean, comfortable beds. Walking distance to Warner Brothers Studio, a ton of cute restaurants including Reno’s Pizzaria which was great and an authentic Mexican restaurant with the best frozen Margaritas. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was right at our fingers tips. There is also a gas station down the street where we bought snacks, water, and booze for our stay. Starbucks down the street as well. I cannot say enough about our stay here and the neighbourhood. I would stay here over and over again. Burbank was very clean, and safe as well which was refreshing.

I have zero complaints.

Convenient location, plenty of eats near the property, Universal Studios nearby for those looking for amusement park fun. Rooms are pretty spacious and well accommodated for the value with a mini fridge, TV and a dining table in the room, plus an ironing board and storage closet.

Free Breakfast was a little unsatisfying, cheap small pastries that barely had any flavor or were bland. Limited quantity too. No microwave to reheat food in the room, but I can do without so that wasn’t too big a deal.

I came to visit family- it was convenient for them. Very nicely designed place- the layout and style and pool and office and room were upbeat, nicely done! I compared the Tangerine with The Safari Inn and really liked the style of The Tangerine better. The staff was so very excellent. Friendly. Helpful. Actually seemed happy to help and acted like they liked working there! I believe they were sincere, that it was not an act. 😁
