Pristine! Beds were super comfortable, pillows exceptional. Very quiet, convenient to walking downtown. Loved how Cambria is not corporate America.

The beds are a little high off the floor for people who are short. A little step-stool would be a big help for getting in and out of bed for shorter, older people. They probably would’ve provided if we asked, but we didn’t so I can’t fault them for that. Found that the shower sprayed the toilet paper during a shower and got it soaking wet. I would suggest moving the toilet paper holder to another location.

Cute little hotel, exactly as I’d pictured it from the reviews and pictures on here. Check in was good with a friendly staff member who even gave us cookies! We had a room on the ground floor which was great, it was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was big and very comfortable and there was a microwave also. The bathroom was big also and very modern. The hotel was within walking distance of the town where you could find shops and restaurants. Great little stop over after driving down Big Sur - and a little tip, head to Moonstone Beach for a sunset!

Location was perfect! Not far from Hearst castle, elephant seal beach. Restaurants walking distance or a short drive to other restaurants on the beach. Property was very well lit, quite. Room was very clean, cute simple room decor. Small creek view from our balcony. We will definitely consider Creekside for a future trip and definitely will recommend to friends. Front desk was friendly! Can't wait to go back during the holidays.

Obviously the owners put a lot into upgrading this place. Very clean, new everything.

They don't do daily cleaning during your stay (typical of most motels now since COVID). They do provide fresh towels if you ask. However, if you are expected to reuse your towels, they should provide more towel racks to hang up your damp towels. A single towel bar in the bathroom won't cut it. Also, this room (104) has a shower stall, which is fine, but no hand rail to balance yourself, and no shelf to put your own shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, etc. Yes, they have shampoo and body wash dispensers on the wall, but I prefer to use my own brands.

This is a very clean and super quiet motel about 4 minutes from the east downtown area of Cambria. While there are no frills such as a spa or pool or breakfast, the rooms are large and exceptionally clean, with very good Wifi and lighting, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Water temperatures and pressures are very good as well.

I do think a small seating area could be built in the front of the parking lot for guests. Also, there needs to be a safety bar for disabled or elderly residents to exit the tub/shower safely. Finally, the hotel is not even offering room service at this time - they just told us to dump our towels outside our door if we wanted fresh ones! I do think once every 3 days' service is not too much to ask.

Samantha was very efficient and helpful. The whole place was remodeled a year ago and everything in my room felt brand new. I was on the first floor and parked my car right in front of it (no charge). The room had good lighting, two nice chairs, front she and microwave. It had a heater/air conditioning unit with a remote. Bed and pillows were comfortable. A short walk to downtown.

We were lucky to get the room on the 2nd floor right on the corner: awesome deck (the birds and sunrise!). Comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff. 5' walking to main shops (great coffee place bit down the street from the liquor store). Perfect to visit Cambria. Free parking.

Nothing (great soaps but 1 bottle was empty). Ask for the corner room, the deck makes it really worthy!

Room was a good size for a couple of people. The bed was quite comfortable as were the pillows. Loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom. The location was perfect for us - only a few minutes walk to the village.

Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. I think the shower head just needed to be decalcified. Also, it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room.

The property was brilliant. Rooms were perfect size and had everything we needed! We arrived late and the staff were very welcoming and provided a cookie on arrival.

The location was good, most resultants close at 9pm in the area. There are no street lights in the area.

This motel has newly renovated rooms, and they are so clean! There are very good sheets, towels, and amenities. Lots of charger and USB outlets. The area is very quiet, yet close to the East end of town.

They need to provide more trash cans outside in the parking area. There is no phone or clock in the rooms!! And the door frames need weather stripping at the top and sides; too much cold seeps into the rooms.
