Everything was very nice. Coffee pot and real coffee cups. Beds were very comfortable. It’s a bit older but quaint. Balcony could be cleaner but it was winter. The young man that checked us in was very nice and cared about our stay.

The stairs in front are for people who are in shape old or young. They have a back entrance but should advertise this. It’s steep and sits high upon a hill because this is the mountains.

The person in the office was very professional and polite. I requested a pet friendly room. Upon entering the room, it was very clean and smelled fresh. I have visited dog friendly places in the past and there is usually a lingering odor of sorts. None here. The inn is located in front of lake Gregory and sitting out on the patio was a pleasant experience. The room had all the amenities we needed and we can see ourselves coming back for another stay.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Due to a road closure from Big Bear Lake and the possibility of heavy rain from Hurricane Hillary the staff prioritized getting our room ready early. We were able to get in several hours before normal check-in time. It was very much appreciated.

The room could have been bigger. It is nicely decorated and cozy.

The check-in was quite simply, the room was very pleasant, and the staff was enjoyable/helpful.

Though this was not important to me this night, I could not connect to the WIFI. However, I did not care as I did not have any reason to do so and did not ask for help from the front office. I just needed a good night's rest, which I did!

I loved that my room had a balcony and a fireplace. It was so cozy. I also really like that they have certain rooms that do not allow pets as I am allergic. This is a very sweet place to stay in Crestline, CA.

I had to wait for a while for the staff to check me in upon arrival, but that was not a huge deal. It would be nice if they offered breakfast.

Very much enjoyed my stay and was very happy with the accommodations cleanliness and all of the little extras including corkscrew and glass wine glasses! I also appreciate having real ceramic coffee mugs and they did! My dog was welcome and I felt very comfortable, will definitely go back! Fun patchy snow for my pup to play in as a added winter bonus! Also, appreciate it the clerk calling to let me know I can check in earlier when the room was available!

I only wish I could have stayed longer! But that was my fault for not making reservations sooner!

My schedule. I wish I could have stayed a week. Love this place! Great customer service! The room was perfect and the decor excellent. Outstanding water pressure in the shower. Very clean room. Clerk at the desk was extremely courteous !

AMAZING location. It fits any kind of style of family. There's Gregory lake (with water activities and fishing included), 711 (gas station included), a market, a mexican restaurant, McDonald's, and a couple bars all within a block, no need to even drive once checking in unless you're leaving the little town. The bar, BearClaw Saloon was filled with friendly people and great live music. We walked back to the lodge safely after having a few drinks. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Patios are spacious with great views.

The only negative I would say is that it's an older place (needs new carpet and a fresh paint) BUT it was very clean. I usually wipe down the room when checking in with Clorox wipes and wipes proved the cleanliness.

This trip and location was exactly what I needed for for the R&R. Very quiet with a comforting view.

The bedding was set for winter with a few more extra blankets than needed. This isn't really a bad thing though. It just a very hot week.

Amazingly welcoming staff. Very polite and understanding. I am very grateful for this. My weekend went great thanks to this. I would love to come again. The room is very clean.
