The hotel is clean, modern, well decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent with warm foods and the usual array of extras. Only ‘light roast’ coffee, however, no dark roast. The best feature was the proximity to Val’s Restaurant, a Daly City fixture, with excellent food.

The WiFi was spotty and often weak. it turns out WiFi is free, but only the weak WiFi. To get decent WiFi one must pay extra. I think this is a poor strategy on their part…not worth the $2.99 to disappoint people.

The hotel was really excellent. Basic but really clean and comfortable with all that I needed. Lots of USB charging ports right near the bed and by the desk, huge bed with comfortable mattress and pillows, room cleaning service when needed, big bathroom, good water pressure. Big free car park.

The location was perfect for what I needed but a bit out of the way for San Francisco city touring. The breakfast had lots of choice but wasn't great - the hot food seemed cooked elsewhere or micorwaved, but there was cereal and toast/bagels and self-made waffles.

Friendly and helpful staff (morning and evening shifts). The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and all the basic bathroom essentials were provided. The breakfast was particularly enjoyable - quite a few options to choose from. And the working/breakfast tables in the lobby area were a nice plus.

Our room was on the street level, so we weren't comfortable pulling up the blinds/curtains at all. Also my wife had hoped to use the fitness center, but there wasn't a complete set of weights for her specific workout. But that wasn't a priority, so not the biggest deal.

Many things to like about this hotel. Our room was roomy with an updated large bathroom and big walk in shower and it was spotless. The bed was comfortable. There are lots thoughtful items like many outlets everywhere with usb, full length mirror and even a coat rack to hang your coats. The fitness area is in the basement and a huge area. It was clean with towels, water, sanitizer and you don't have to worry about working out closely with a stranger because it's such a large area. Good variety of workout equipment: treadmills, rowing machine, bike, and weights. Nice size breakfast area with a variety of options. I like oatmeal, yogurt and fruit and they had the homemade oatmeal, not packets. They also have waffles to make, cereals, juices, toast/breads/muffins and different hot options daily like egg omelets, bacon, sausages, etc. Hard to find a hotel with free parking in the area so that is much appreciated. This was one of the cleanest hotels that I have stayed in. We will always stay here in the future.

We had to park on the street one night because the parking area was full. The heater/ac in the room is the kind by the window that makes noise when the fan goes on.

Nice spacious hotel room. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. We asked before our stay what the gluten-free options were for breakfast and they bought us gluten-free bread, Kellogg’s and oatmeal. Very considered of them. There was a gym, which my husband liked very much and free parking. They said the parking lot would be very full at the end of the day but we came twice back around 8pm and had no trouble parking.

Location is excellent for exploring San Fran - public transport just around the corner, takes about 20 mins to get into downtown SF. The property is in a lovely quiet location. The beds are so comfy, it is a very clean hotel, the staff are very friendly. It’s ideally located, just a short trip to restaurants, the Bart, etc.

I really couldn’t fault the property. From start to finish it was flawless.

Such an almost hidden jewel in the Bay Area. Daly City is quiet and easy to navigate. Easy to get out of town. Quiet, nice laundry facilities. Staff super helpful. Basic stuff, but clean and well tended buffet area. Good juices and warm food.

Not much. Maybe a little more parking?

The room was spacious. The bed was huge. Shower was great. Staff were so friendly. TV channels for European sport were all there.

Location was good for easy access to fast food restaurants. However, it was about a 40min drive to northern San Francisco
