Very clean right off the highway. Directly located behind a black bear diner. Front desk staff Marina was super lovely and accommodating as well as support staff. AC was working great. There was a little designated dog area. Pool was nice and I could bring my pets. Power shut off as I was preparing to leave the next morning so it really did not affect me.

Only thing was being on the second floor it would have been nice to have an elevator to bring my luggage up and down if there is one I wasn’t made aware but I couldn’t find one.

The hospitality from Terry at reception desk she was full of laughs and so helpful. BIG SHOUT OUT TO RICHARD for helping us up and down with the bags. Breakfast was great too.

Big room in quiet place. Very helpful staff. Very good location close to freeway entrance, gas station and downtown with a lot of cafes and shops.

Breakfast was monotonous a bit. The carpeting was old and dusty

Staff was great. They sent a text in the evening asking if everything was okay with the room and asked if there was anything else we needed!

Only bad thing about the facilities is that the refrigerator is in a closed cabinet which made the door quite hot.

We arrived mid-morning on a one-day trip from Los Angeles, and the front desk staff was kind enough to let us have an available room right away! Made for a great naptime before an afternoon engagement!

This property is near our daughters home so we have stayed here several times. it is consistently has friendly staff and spotless rooms.

our room this time had a very bright light just outside our window making it implsobile to get the room completely dark even with black out curtains.

The breakfast was over and above what I expected. The hot items were scrambled eggs, sausages, country potatoes and apple-filled pancakes. There was also a do-it-yourself waffle maker. Syrup was provided, but the sugar-free syrup was placed away from that station. Bread, English muffins and possibly bagels were available for toasting. The refrigerator had a few different varieties of yogurt, small cartons of milk and fruit cups. Whole fresh fruit was on a different counter. Also available were 3 different kinds of cold cereal and two kinds of hot oatmeal packets. Regular coffee, assorted hot teas and decaf coffee with all possible condiments was just outside the breakfast room. Hot chocolate packets were inside the breakfast room, There probably wouldn't have been room at the coffee station for them. The room was small with not very many tables, so we brought our food back to the room and reheated it in the microwave. Our beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps all smelled wonderful. :-)

I love coffee, and I was about to put water in the coffee maker in our room when I saw there was already water in it. There was no telling how long it had been in there. The rest of the machine was clean. I dumped it out and started over. The only other issue was the handle to the microwave oven was sticky.

Location Friendly staff

Lots of different food options but the quality was poor. It wasn't clear that the suite was actually one big room. It worked okay but we might have booked 2 rooms instead of one.

Location, EV Chargers, Flexibility with staff and room was nice. Front Dest very flexible in turning on the EV charger. Housekeeping was flexible on cleaning as well.
