Very pleasant stay, the staff were amazing.

I had requested a baby cot at the time i made my reservation, and i called the hotel. Also, just before reaching the hotel, i requested it again, and I checked in, I was told we would get the baby cot. At around 11pm, i called again, but the front desk said it would be tomorrow. Still, i didn't receive the baby cot.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was on the ground floor which was very nice.

I was awakened by a housekeeper much earlier than I should have been on checkout day. I was hoping to sleep in before checkout but couldn't get back to sleep. Honestly, that is the only negative I have about the whole place. That and the price. Seems like a ridiculous amount of money to pay for a decent room - almost $200/night with taxes. I didn't even get breakfast. I get that prices are increasing in general, but unless your company has increased the salaries of employees, you are just taking advantage of the economy to raise your prices. What you have to offer has NOT changed, which might indicate an increase in price. So... there ya go. You asked.

See the above! There was also a huge military party scheduled for one of the nights we were there, the noise was terrible until my husband asked the front desk to turn it down. We should have be told that there was going to be an event with live music that weekend so we had the option to book another hotel.

Visited for a seminar held a hotel. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are comfy and clean. Empty fridge and microwave- are great! Located next to several freeways.

Would love more chairs in the lobby, there is only one area for a group to sit.

The onsite restaurant was nice and very affordable. It is also located directly across from an Outback if you want a larger menu selection. Nice indoor pool and spa and free parking is always a plus. The facilities were a little dated but well maintained and appreciated that it was pet-friendly.

Back parking lot was dark at first but then big lights were turned on. I felt better parking my car in well-lighted area.

I liked the location which was just a few miles from the fairgrounds where we were working and loved the parking because it seemed more secure than other motels we stayed at
