The hotel room was impecable, perfect room for the family. The pool was cheerful enough for the 4 year old and the breakfast was decent with a variety of options available. More fresh fruits would be welcome!

The shuttle schedule is difficult. We knew that a call was necessary at arrival in LAX, but it took 30 min and 3 phone calls (bear in mind we were paying international rates) before we were told the shuttle will be there in 35 min. All in all, we waited 1h15min for the shuttle. If I had known it was that difficult, we would have looked at other arragements. Staff over the phone did not provide good information and at arrival the check in took another 35 min. Also, we had booked with booking.com a late check out option, but the hotel did not honour it. I was very disappointed.

Nice place on the way to the airport. Everything was comfortable.

The drive to the airport was 20 plus minutes with traffic. So it’s not really right on the airport.

good breakfast with cooking station ( you can order omlets/fried eggs), you can have free sodas and coffe and tea close to LAX parking lot ( not the cheapest one- 44 usd for one night)- lower lot in not friendly for SUV owners nice, clean big room comfortable beds not far from Ralph's and other stores ( but not walking distance) good starting point for exploring Manhattan Beach

prices in mini market are to high ( 7 dollar for Cocacola botlle) I booked a room with late check out option thru booking.com and was told at reception that they didn't have that information so I had to change my plans

Room was perfect. beds were comfy. You can hear the planes a bit from the airport next door but it was not as bad as I was was expecting.

Only flaw was early breakfast. We had been travelling and were on a stopover at LAX and got delayed. Very tired. We went down to get breakfast just after 9am only to realise that it had already finished. It was a bit inconvenient as no other food was available until 11:00 so we had to get a taxi to another location to get to a cafe. I guess it took me by surprise as I was expecting breakfast till a bit later than that.

My favorite consideration was the omelet bar for breakfast, included with your stay. This hotel has been one of the cleanest and best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at.

I did wish I was a little more prepared for the private party that was going on during my stay. My only complaint was being unprepared to hear loud music most of the night. HOWEVER, this is hardly a complaint, it allowed my friend and I to step outside the door to see and listen to festivities without going to too far.

The only problem was airport shuttle. They did not reach out anyhow and we had to text and message them several times to get shuttle info. We were unclear until the last second whether we are getting a shuttle or not and whether we are waiting at the right place. I am positive it is not very hard to automatically message shuttle info, (e.g. where to wait, when to wait, etc.) for people to put "request shuttle info" in booking.

I could not hear the planes from LAX at all. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

I wish they would have their shuttle hours on the website/booking pages. We had a late flight in (11pm) and early flight out (6am), had I know that the last shuttle to the hotel was at 11pm and the first shuttle to LAX was at 4:30am, I probably would have chosen elsewhere. Airport transportation was one of the main reasons why I booked there.

The room was great. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The best of it was the Crepes and the people cooking them. I loved them. The regular buffet turned repetitive the third day. The hotel is very close to the airport. It's not noisy at all. I'm returning to this hotel in a month. I liked it a lot.

The last morning I woke up at 7:30 AM (I went to sleep at 3:30 AM) because there was a construction going on at the ceiling. It was too noisy. I really hated it. I also hate being charged 150 USD per reservation for the "nightly incidental deposit" thing. Id rather keep the credit card open and if something happened at the room I get charged the amount they need instead of getting charged at the beginning of a stay.

The facilities itself was up to standard besides some construction that was happening. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was above average, I would say. The only part of the stay that was disappointing, was the rooms were not close together, as we had requested. Nor were able to use the shuttle from the airport that we had expected to use.

We specifically chose this hotel because of the shuttle it had from LAX. The we ended up waiting close to two hours for the shuttle. After we had spoke with staff members a few times from the hotel, we ended up walking and getting a Uber lift to the facility. After traveling all day, I was very disappointed that we were unable to use the shuttle service. The staff we spoke to at the hotel were not very helpful with the shuttle issue we had, and frankly a little bit rude. It would’ve also been nice on your website to say that you only send the shuttle every 45 minutes and there is a potential for the bus to be full and you have to wait another 45 minutes or hour and a half to make it to the hotel, if you are relying on their means of transportation.

I love my room the cleanness the space the frig , microwave the sink that sits to the side of the television. The desk with the remote control ceiling fan with the television on the side the walk in shower . Breakfast was wonderful and complimentary

I got to the hotel after 11am and there was no room available some hotels have early checkins I notice some people had been waiting for a room since 7am in morning. I usually stay at the Hilton no matter how early I arrive i can always check in and get a room however, someone recommended this hotel so stayed . I uber to the mall to waste time once i got back i w as able to check into a room . Also there was no gift shop and that is important to travelers
