beds not very comfortable, Pizza Hut express opens late and closes early, little pricey but I see why LOCATION

Breakfast was included with a free coupon - which was nice, had some good breakfast options. And a super tasty cookie was provided on checkin for those sugar lovers amongst us. My friend left her ipad behind in the room after checkout and the staff quickly located it and got it back to her. Thanks!

Seems like there is a train track nearby, which detracted somewhat from the good night's sleep, but not much the hotel can do about it's location ;) If you're a heavy sleeper you won't even notice. Or maybe if you're in a room on the right hand side you won't hear it.

It is a large hotel, with big events happening in the convention center and in the lobby area. When we arrived, the parking lot was full, so we had to park inside the parking structure (fee was waived). The lobby is nice - there are glass elevators and a waterfall. Breakfast was ok (eggs, pancakes), but I would prefer more healthy options. It was only a-la-carte, no buffet. Room service was available, and you can order food from the restaurant, or something from Pizza Hut. There is Starbucks in the lobby. Overall, a good experience.

Our room was on the 6th floor, and we were overwhelmed with the noise from the A/C units downstairs, from the ballrooms area. I can only imagine how loud it is on the lower levels. The room was clean, but there was a lot of loose hair on the bathroom floor, as if the floor was not vacuumed at all.

All staff was very friendly - front desk, bar, housekeeeping. Great stay for work. Nice to have full menu options for the bar or room service.

Wish room service extended past 9pm considering there’s nowhere else to go. Also would be nice if someone provided info about the morning room service options at check in. I would have had my breakfast delivered while I took an early morning meeting. Overall, overpriced for the accommodations - feels like they are profiting off people traveling for work that don’t have other options.

Staff was super friendly, allowed us to check in early. The cookies were warm and delicious! Location was right off the freeway, towards the end of the downtown area. Felt safe, and there was security walking around the parking lot.

We got great help with accessing the WIFI. It was a complicated one solve and the manager was very patient in working through the issues. We order a salad for room service. It was processed quickly and was very delicious.

Lots of crows in the early morning on neighbouring power lines and trees. We had 12 bird droppings on our car that was in the parking lot. As we departed we did see a hotel staff member walking around the building pointing a flashlight into the. trees , possibly to scare of the crows??

Beautiful designed hotel. Bit old school n the outside, but inside we appreciated the architectural shape and design of the hotel. Small but delicious swimming pool

Gym could have been a bit bigger, with more equipment choice.

This is a great hotel - we have stayed there before and would come back a third time. It was a great breakfast and very nice accomodations You feel safe here due to security gaurds that took their job seriously.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Great location to get to Fulton 55. Plenty of parking. I enjoyed my free cookie.

I was charged for what was supposedly free bottled water that was in the room for guests but maybe I misunderstood.
