The facility was absolutely gorgeous and pristine, I Loved that each room overlooked the Lake, so we all had lake views. The rooms were very nice, clean and well laid out and I like that there was actually enough sleeping area (Murphy Bed) for additional persons. My kids Loved it and are looking forward to coming back!

Check-In time is too late in the afternoon (4pm) and Check-Out time is MUCH TOO early (10am)!! That's actually not fair to the customers because we are losing out on time (approx. 6 hours) that we paid for?

I like this place cause it is great for family vacation. A lot of activities for kids to keep them busy and great swimming pools. Close by stores to get some food if you don't like to go out or order. Also I like that this time instead of cards we were able to get wrist bands as it made easy access to accommodations. Especially we liked this spastic stay as there were not a lot of people. We came there with friends that have same age kids. We had a lot of fun. On the first day went out to store and got some food. During the day we enjoyed swimming pools and jacuzzi, kids also went out to see movies and play at arcades. In the evenings we used avalible grills and cooked some chicken, steak, sosages, potato and grilled some vegetables. Then seat till early in the morning enjoying food, listening to birds singing and talking. Also, we enjoyed breakfast in close by restaurants, especially we liked breakfast at Shields. We were able to visit Palms springs mall. Unfortunately we were not able to visit all recommended places that were advertised at the front desk. Maybe we will do it next visit.

I love the that it was clean and near the venue for occasion. The lazy river was also a plus.

I didn’t like that I was tricked into going to a timeshare presentation that was supposed to be 90min and went on for almost 3 hours and our time sale representative Kathy who is old to know better, was so rude and disrespectful when I didn’t want her to check my credit report. I’m glad I didn’t I had no idea I was going to be opening a credit line, in the end we did buy any time shares and was kick out by Kathy and Derick this was my first time attending a time share sale presentation and this will be my last I actually have PTSD from this experience.

Our 2 bedroom and 2 baths was very spacious. The view from our 2nd story balcony was beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The pool and lazy river were a lot of fun. The food at the market was tasty and good size portions. There's plenty to do at the resort and there's a bowling alley not too far away. Also Joshua Tree National Park is only 30 minutes away. Great for stargazing.

The weather was hot and it's kinda out of the way from anything else.

We really appreciated Sonja, the lifeguard and staff member. She went above and beyond in honouring our wedding anniversary with a gift basket. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and local areas of interest. Very relational and welcoming. As well, Denise at the front desk, and relief at the pool, was very friendly, gracious, and attentive to us. Angel was very kind in helping us with our luggage when we left. We LOVED the lazy river! We liked the convenience of the store/deli.

It would be nice to have a walking trail around the resort. The pathways were disjointed. You need wifi! Not having free wifi is ridiculous and outdated. The welcome desk staff are way too pushy with the timeshare tour offers. They called us every day and wouldn’t take no for an answer!

The lazy river & pools were great, staff were friendly.The grills were clean and functional, our room was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable I love it!

At the beginning our fridge was broken, we call to the front desk and the sent someone to checked right away, so they replaced it for a good one. Then the blue ray was a missing cable, we called to front desk and they sent someone to fixed the problem. But other than that everything was great!

The suite was really nice, the bed set up worked well for our family of 6 and we had everything we needed for our stay. Starbucks drinks available on site were an added treat.

The neighbors blasted music late in the night and early in the morning (even after staff warned them). Would be great if a staff person walked the site after the start of quiet time to make sure all was well. The high pressure sales welcome before we even saw anything more than the lobby.

A lot to do on site (adult pool, kid pool, two jacuzzis, lazy river, tennis court, basketball court, and recreation room). The recreation room includes, a ping pong table, several pool tables, arcade, movie room, and DVD rental. There's also BBQ grills outside the recreation room.

Beds weren't very comfortable and room/apartment overall (bathrooms, couch, kitchen, linens, patio window/blinds) weren't very clean. Not dirty. Just not very clean (getting old). No food on site, however, each room/apartment comes with full kitchen appliances.

Place is close to home about 2 hours away. Good size room, the master bed was not the greatest but better than other resorts I have stayed at. Very clean except for the pool, it had some sort of bugs that were still alive and swimming with me. Staff is very helpful. Plenty of parking.

There was stains on the concrete right outside the door all the way to the trash room. Stains looked like blood but it could have been anything else since they didn’t take the time to clean it. Beds were too firm. The pool could have been a bit cleaner, it had been bugs with fins because they would swim around and not die. Kind of gross! It kept me from being in it longer. Not sure why because the lazy River did not have any that I noticed. Wish the market or at least SB was open later. Would be nice if it had an adult lounge to hang out and have beer and appetizers after putting kids to bed, to not have to leave facility and know kids are safe in their room. Just a thought.

I’ve come here on several occasions and have always enjoyed myself. The property is always clean and the staff is very nice. I’m glad they were able to put me and my sons families right next-door to each other in the same building.

The remotes on two of the TVs didn’t work, but we managed with one, I left some clothing there and it was never found, but that was my fault
