The grounds and property maintenance are excellent. Beautiful to walk around, wonderful setting and back drop. Pools great! Parking easy. Exteriors and clubhouse are beautifully maintained!

There were simple fixes dollar store fixes. We were there a week. If you stayed 2 or 3 days, you may not care...Cutlery, plates and glasses are sparse, We bought dishwashing soap, hand soap, shampoo, garbage bags, paper towels, TP 'cause there either wasn't any or so little, we ran out. Only 2 packs of coffee. No housekeeping. No fresh towels. The unit could use some new paint, a through clean (air intake vents and dust). If I were the owner, I would want the feedback...not complaining, obviously they are busy and get the rates charged. But as much I liked the property, I might look for an unit which had some updated touches and attention to small stuff. FYI only...Coffee, restaurant only open weekends. Laundry can be done 12 minute drive away...nothing onsite.

The grounds were beautiful, nestled in the mountains of La Quinta. The pools were clean and even at night we enjoyed sitting by the pool. There are pretty fountains lit up at night giving the grounds a lovely ambiance.

My only complaint is that there were no extra towels in our room. I would have liked a couple of sets for 2 people.

Convenient location, beautiful property, lots of salt water pools, and a lap pool was great. Comfortable bed & bath, Great balcony space, fireplace a plus, Ceiling fan in room was helpful when warm. Very walkable property. Overall, would stay again!

Needed 2 good coffee mugs and better plastic glasses, a few more towels and TP would have helped. Could have been dusted better for allergy sufferers. A couple more pillows for pillow lovers would have been great. We are seniors so lugging suitcases and bags upstairs to 2nd floor unit was an inconvenience, but we made it work for us.

Very close to tennis tournament. Clean room. Everything in working order. I even got the TV to work which often gives me difficulty.

I was a little unsure about parking. If I needed to park on street or I had a parking space. I parked on the street which was fine, but it could have been more explicit in email.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The location is great, near everything! our particular condo was very close to 3 pools which made things very convenient. Love the code locking doors so no key necessary! The bed was soooo comfortable and the sheets very soft.

We found a very large cockroach in our room running around in the bathroom. BUMMER! did not ruin our stay but kind of unsettling going in there and finding that big boy sitting on one of our towels!! Gross!! would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room and wasn't sure what the protocol was/is but there were no coffee filters. Not sure if those are supposed to be stocked for us, or if that is something we need to bring in.

Close to main pool great parking, lovely patio

No wi fi information in casitas, other than that stay was perfect. We’d stayed in larger unit before, although casitas was nice we prefer all facilities, kitchen washer and dryer larger unit supplies.

The check in guard was very rude and it was dark and late and I am older and had a hard time finding it

Beautiful little community! Many pool and fountains, lush flowering landscape and super clean. Upkeep is always happening.

Just a couple minor issues within the kitchenette of unit but owner was very attentive.

its like being in heaven....the gardens are to die for and our owner was very helpfull. pools are so nice

We like the location to the main pool, the cabana's at the pool, the private balcony, comfy king bed, close to restaurants and the ease of checking-in!
