The staff were amazing, particularly when they were roving the grounds. Everyone said hello and made us feel welcome. The kids zone folks were also really helpful. The lady who was working at the main pool restaurant has been there for a long time and she is perhaps the gem of the entire Marriott organization, loved her.

Not the cleanest of villas, popcorn crumbs from the last tenants were noticeable. A shelf in the kitchen was lacking the hardware to hold it up and it collapsed under the weight of the pot they placed inside. Not the most convenient layout to walk to the pro shop for golf, perhaps a little more signage would have made this easier.

Beautiful place, comfortable, stylish and large villa. Lovely view and staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice and the drinks at the pool were awesome.

Not the fault of the resort but it is kind of far away from any fun places and not a ton of restaurant choices like Palm Springs. If you just want to relax and use the resort amenities then it’s great. Also the maid was in the villa when we came back from the pool in the middle of the day. I would prefer there to be a choice if the maid comes in to service the room every day (we were only there for 2 nights). I like privacy.

Comfortable bed, good A/C, great location and view from our patio. It got up to 117 degrees during our stay, so even though the A/C was a bit noisy, it kept the room cool and comfortable. It took a long time for the water to get hot in the shower, but it did. A negative did turn into a positive - there was no TV remote when we got to our condo. I sent a text to the number provided for housekeeping issues asking for a replacement, and it was delivered within 20 minutes. Great service.

Perfect stay for our vacation! Beautiful well maintained property with multiple pools. They have a recreation center for kids. We stayed during Easter and they had fun activities for the kids. We could simply text the concierge for recommendations (restaurants, places to visit etc.) and they would respond within minutes. We had the best time and our young ones thoroughly enjoyed.

The only negative is that they don't have a proper restaurant within the resort. So you have to step out for every meal.

We always enjoy our time at this property. It's well priced so that we get the lockout so the kids can have their own space. Grocery stores, restaurants are close so we can be fully stocked with snacks and drinks in the ample kitchen. The options for pools are abundant. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

It was a little tough to set up my son's game system, it kept the volume up very loud and wouldn't let it adjust it. That's literally all I can say that didn't work out.

Property was clean, even though at the end of my stay I found a small scorpion like bug in my bathtub. Beds are super comfy, love the floor lighting. Lots of little amenities included in the room such as dish soap, paper towels, extra trash bags, etc. Parking at each building is plentiful! There are water refill stations at the pool, but keep in mind they close at 10pm. You can also refill your water bottle at the gym.

The reason I docked my points is because both ice machines in pools 3 & 6 (cassia & mesquite) were OUT of service. It was 97F degrees all weekend and I had no ice for my drinks or for my post-op knee. I even brought an ice pack to fill up. You can't just call the front desk to bring ice to your room either. Who runs out of ice in the heat? Also the bus schedule is confusing - the front desk didn't even know how to explain it to me after 3x of asking.

Ample parking. Quiet. Safe. Nice weather.

The sink had toothpaste in it and the toilet rim had urine drops around the rim. The pillows were stinky, just changing the pillowcase isn't enough, the pillows need to be washed or replaced.

Love this property. The villas are clean, comfortable, roomy and well appointed. The pool areas are very nice and the food and service at the pool restaurants is good. I have stayed here several times for concerts in the area and always have a great experience.

Our booking was for 2 adults plus a 15 years old child, sofa bed was not made and we had to find all the linen, blankets were not in great shape, after paying 400 dollars per night for a studio we expected all the beds to be made.
