I honestly don't understand the bad reviews other people have left for this property at all. The wifi worked great, the air conditioning was perfect and the to go breakfast was exactly what was advertised. The staff was very helpful & accommodating. The room was just what you expect for this type of hotel & it was clean. It's an easy walk to Fivepoint Amphitheater and the train station. Highly recommend!

The location. Rooms are as good as can be expected. Could have been a regular size fridge perhaps. This hotel has small size fridge. No pool.
For a couple days in a row the police had been there showing up. I thought I heard a gun shot too. This is Irvine people. Never did I think ever that I would hear that. Or the police for the past two days straight.

Location, Location! This place was quiet, right off the freeway and super close to Five Point Amphitheater!
Although there were hiccups when checking-in... I have worked in hospitality and it takes a village! If there was an issue, it was addressed with full apologetic attention and smoothly corrected in a timely manner on all fronts!

Friendly, helpful clerk checked me in. There was sufficient parking for our vehicle with a small trailer. The location was just off of I-5 and easy to get to.
I was surprised to find that there was no version of a coffee maker in an extended stay type of hotel.

The location was great, you didn't need to drive far to get to any shopping, groceries, gas, or freeway.
Water pressure in the shower was very bad.

The people that run the hotel are great people! Very helpful! I feel good about business with them. I feel bad that some of these people that rent from them do not take care of their rooms!
This hotel should be no higher price than $80.00 a night. If a book of more than one night $70. if a book of more than a week, $50 a night. The hotel is should NOT cost $100 a night during these times>discounts, no pool, no business opened, and some of the persons staying are Not taking care of the property. Please make sure the people you rent to will take care of your property. My room had several things NOT working or fixed from prior persons Not taking care of the rooms. Best Regards, wishes for the best! The people that run the hotels are good people. It's just some of the people they rent too...

It was a nice area. Starbucks and bruegers bagels right next door. Bed was comfortable and staff was nice
