Brkfst was ok, staff was awesome !! The location of the hotel, close to almost everything we needed

Wasn't aware of the parking fees and the higher deposit. Last hampton we stayed at deposit was anywhere frm 10 to 20 dollars, due to late check out. At lake forest I had a 100.00 deposit on a regular booked room no extras. But hampton has always been good for us. That's the only concern I had.

Large, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Microwave comes in handy, specifically for us, donuts! :D Decent breakfast selection. Great omelette and waffles! Unlimited coffee at reception!

Maybe a bigger breakfast selection if I'm being picky, but everything in general was up to expectations.

Modern

Our a friends room was not ready, we checked after 6:30 pm Name under Terrazas, so they waited in our room which is fine as they are our dear friends. Not right

location was great, next to the highway but our room was so quiet. hotel looked brand new, very modern, stylish and spacious. breakfast was very good: waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, breads, yogurt, eggs and bacon. Our kids had a blast swimming and playing at night in the heated pool. There is also a nice jacuzzi.

Rooms were a bit dark. A floor lamp could easily help with the lighting inside the room. Bed lamp lights were not enough, so if you need to pack or do anything at night time, not having enough light is an issue. We wish parking spot was not charged. ($12 per night).

I liked that the hotel was very clean and the staff was nice and patient as well.

I didn’t like how unstable to the elevators were.

Nice place. Clean, but not for long. Too many people allowed to have Dogs on this property. Had a dog barking non stop in the room next to ours. The Same dog came close to biting a guest carrying his baby. Then tried to bite me, as I went to report this to Staff.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, Had everything we needed really enjoyed our stay .

I can’t think of anything.. everything about this hotel was excellent.

I was told the breakfast was from 6-9, but yesterday (Sunday) it didn’t open until 7, which was later than we could stay/wait. A thin blanket between the sheet and heavy bed cover would’ve been more comfortable.

The room is comfortable, modern and clean.

I don’t like to pay for parking near the hotel. I think it’s should be complimentary. However Hampton had the lowest price among nearest hotels. It’s better money for value among neighboring properties in all other respects also.

Check in was a breeze and they were two lovely gentlemen working at the front desk at the time unfortunately i did not get their names. It was nice to be received by such friendly staff on Christmas Eve. The hotel rooms are modern, seem to be new or newly refurbished? and it was very clean. Even the hallways. I was very impressed with how clean it was. Bed was comfortable. and there was a good size TV and even a microwave and fridge which was a plus! I've seen some reviews about cleaning/housekeeping but the sign in the bathroom clearly states that you can request this if/when needed. We contacted front desk for a few items, and they were delivered to our room very promptly. The bar in the lobby was not open at the time, but there is a little "shop" area in the reception area where you can purchase some stuff like water. drinks. snacks etc. Water was a bit pricey though ! Complimentary tea/coffee and hot water was nice though. My husband checked out the pool area so i did not see it , he said its quite small but I wasn't trying to go for a swim in the middle of December anyway! Breakfast was ok. Location - there are some restaurants in the complex across the road from the Hotel and location was perfect for us as we were visiting family near Irvine Spectrum so it was like a 7min drive from hotel. Lloyd at front desk kindly helped us with extending our stay and he was also very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast options could be more, and on our last day, on the Monday morning. it was quite a struggle to get food as some families were piling up the food not leaving much for others and the kitchen were not replacing it quick enough (bacon was a hot commodity).
