Very nice property with clean rooms, spacious pool area with excellent hours (though located in front of the majority of the rooms), and very kind and communicative staff who worked with me to arrange options for a late check-in. Additionally, there were several beautiful cats around the property being fed, making it an extra friendly environment (and naturally keeping the pests away). Ideal stay if looking to spend the night in Palm Desert while exploring attractions during the day.

My only regret is that prices for every stay in Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta were nearly twice of what they should be, most likely due to a very large volume of tourists visiting for the prestigious Indian Wells Tennis Tournament.

for around 7 years we have been coming to palm desert and staying at the inn. Here and there we have tried other places for a few days at a time, but always return here. It feels like a home away from home. The rooms are clean and well maintained, you have access to a shared pool and hot tub, any multiple bbq’s for your personal use. We have met people from all around the world who have shared their travels and all feel the same. Everyone is comfortable at the inn. Close by to all amenities , restaurants , shopping and great happy hours. If you want to know where to go ask Kevin! He has always been kind, happy and willing to help! lets you know where to go and when. We most recently stayed for a bike trip in indio that went terribly wrong and were left without a place to stay. We called the Inn and kevin once again came to the rescue. He helped ensure our vacation was a positive one.

The room was a good size and had a mini-kitchen and a balcony with a couple of chairs. The staff was very nice and the room was spacious. The property has a big pool. The property is small, so not an impersonal megaplex.

The bathroom sink/counterspace was small and the showerhead in the bathtub didn't have a concentrated flow - it sprayed in all directions. The windows must be single pane because we could hear everything outside such as conversations and traffic (the hotel backs up to a busy road). Was over $600 for a two-night stay.

The room was neat and very accommodating. Nice coffee selection. The pool and jacuzzi were great!

The kitchen cupboards were very high. I am 6'3" tall and could barely reach the coffee cups. The microwave was so high it was unusable for the average height human. I can see a chair being used as a stool and the opportunity for disaster is there. The ac unit was so low my wife at 5'3" tall had to almost lay down to read the directions. Plus, the vents were directly pointed at the bed.

This establishment far exceeded our expectations and in the same way we communicated and appreciated it at the reception during our check-out. It has been a shame having our vacations completely planned and not being able to make any last minute changes; We booked just one night at The Inn at Deep Canyon and were so impressed with the place that we wish we could have stayed more nights. The town and the area are very good and the establishment itself, unbeatable. Upon check-in, Kevin was very kind, friendly and available (really appreciated!!). The room was beautiful, very clean, decorated and well maintained, with very nice and appreciated decorative details. All the necessary utensils for a complete stay: large bathroom, shower and bathtub, extra-large closet, two extra-large beds, large refrigerator and TV, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Wide balcony with views of the pool and the mountains. We highly recommend this accommodation. We would love to come back and stay longer. Warm greetings to all the staff and thanks for everything.

The place was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again. We actually got a room upgrade because we needed a pet friendly room. It was great all around.

I think the only issue is the people above us were a bit noisy at times, usually I don't mind too much but it made my cats jumpy. I don't think it was too big of a deal though.

Great Room, very well located, towels available for the pool and awesome hot tub! We booked the room a couple of hours before arriving as we were making our way to Coachella and where super happy with the stay. We arrived quite late and the reception was still open, everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend it.

What a fantastic find this little beauty of a motel is . Wonderful and friendly staff , beautiful pool and spa , lovely rooms in a superb location . Couldn't fault a thing .we will return one day I'm sure. A big thankyou to Kevin and all the staff.

It was perfect, the staff is very kind ! The pool is quite big and opened all night.There are lots of deckchairs and tables around the pool so you always manage to find one even if its a bit more crowded. There are also barbecues that you can use In the room there was everything we needed and it was clean The Price was very good for what it offered I recommand !

Was not told until we were checking out of the property that if we had wanted daily housekeeping that we needed to contact the housekeeping people. Also found out at checkout that coffee and breakfast was available each morning. Would have been nice to have been informed of these things before our stay instead if as we were leaving.
