The hotel decorations and lobby are very pretty and comfortable.

The communication is not very clear from a few staff members. They are not familiar with the computer system. Also, it would be better if they had breakfast as buffet style, not a restaurant serving style. The food preparation process was delayed and slow. There are many waiters, but it was still slow.

It was clean and attractive, and quiet, especially for a weekend. Great water pressure in the shower!

We needed and had an accessible room. Everything met our needs, but there was a ramp from the lobby to our room that was fairly steep with a slight turn in the middle, which made that portion of getting to and from our room with a wheelchair possible, but difficult.

All went well, from the check-in, to the rooms, to the checkout.

The bar could have opened earlier as well as stayed open longer on Friday and Saturday nights.

There was an evangelical church service being held outside the pool on Sunday which was loud and also obviously blocked access to the pool - not an issue of itself, but it would have been nice to have had advance notice of this.

The location is perfect for us and we like that the rooms have refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers.

There is a fairly steep ramp the must be negotiated to reach any of the rooms/elevators; it is a challenge for those who are mobility-impaired and/or using a wheel chair or pushing a luggage cart.

Great hotel, with excellent value for money. Worked with me flexibly to get a boardroom for the day as I needed to run work sessions. Nothing to complain about!

we stayed for two days but coffee in room was set up for on,y 1 day. No housekeeping at all during our stay

It was clean, staff was nice and price was good compared to other locations for a quick trip.

I wish food was available more hours. Bathroom door did not lock, but not a big deal with family.

My registration and check our were easy. The room was large and quite lovely. The mattress was very comfortable. People at the desk were fine.

There isn't enough help. I could have used help wheeling the luggage cart up a very steep incline to get to the desk. Twice I needed my key card to be redone. Once it took a very long time. I got confused about something and the woman at the desk treated me like I was a moron.

We come for our dog. it is the best dog hotel in the area. The staff are some of kindest and accommodating people I have ever met!! I have been to this hotel numerous times and have never been disappointed😊
