The breakfast was exceptional and the lady who set it up was extremely nice. She made the morning happy for me and should get a raise! The food selection was perfect with a good mix of hot and cold items. The kids loved the pancake maker. The front desk host, Luis was exceptional too! He always tried to help and carried out any request with a smile (even though he was wearing a mask you could tell). It was really a red carpet experience and nothing I expected from a Holiday Inn Express.

There was candy and wrappers behind the headboard. Trash filled up fast and we had to replace the trash bags ourselves.

Free breakfast was a plus but the quality of the hot food was lack luster. The eggs were like rubber and the bacon was drenched in grease and not crispy. Overall, for a free breakfast it was still a positive.

Confusing to get to the location, even with GPS guiding you. The front of the hotel is facing opposite of the other buildings so it seems like you're driving to the back of the hotel when it's really the front.

Very close to our destination (NorCal VB facility), very good hot breakfast and friendly, professional staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, windows that opened for fresh air. I forgot a blanket and went back 4 hours later and they had it all wrapped up and identified at the front desk when I stopped back to ask. Very well run with great employees.

Everything was perfect. Nice & clean hotel, and the breakfast is so delicious, especially the cinnamon roll. Susanna, the housekeeping manager (sorry if we misspell the name), is really nice, and the reception guy is also very friendly. Really look fwd to stay here again next time.

Semi trucks or larger trucks blocking multiple parking spots in the main parking area when they should be parking along the back area. The western entrance (side door) needed some bushes trimmed

This hotel is right off the 580 freeway but there is no issue with any vehicle noise. The room was spotless and very comfortable with a fridge, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, safe, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early before noon.

The sausages links in the breakfast buffet were cold and of very low quality (looked like they were boiled). There was a good choice of muffins, bagels, and cereal. The cinnamon rolls were warm and delicious.

Very comfortable bed and sofa in the room. I really liked that they had coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom was well stocked up with shampoo,soap and conditioner along with hand lotion.

The man at the front desk when checking in. He wasn’t friendly and didn’t instill confidence while checking my daughter and me in.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The location was close to Starbucks and the freeway!

The king bed in our room was super hard. My husband and I didn't sleep well.

It was just an overnight stay. Receptionist was able to accommodate my request for a first floor room and there were multiple entrances from parking areas so that I didn't have far to get from my room to the car.

Everything was exceptional. I would have liked the complimentary breakfast to be available a little longer than 7 - 9 am since we had a long day and extending it to 1030 or 11 would have been nice, even if the offerings were more limited for late risers.
