These rooms are BIG with lots of shelfs and closetspace to srow stuff and things away. TV in front of bed. No/occational low noise outside in the hallway. Couch with a small table and a working desk with chair does make this competable to many other hotel rooms. Room was well cleaned. Bed was AMAZING! Free parking with enough space for everyone is available. Aircon was not a integreres to the wall type, but it ws working great. Small balcony to sit outside with 2 chairs and a table.

Breakfirst was very limited. Yes they had waffels and sirup / jelly in small plastic boxes. Other than that they had bread and a toaster, but not much to put on the bread. All I could find was some butter and jelly in a small plastic box that seemed atrificially made in mars or something. No cheese, ham, egg/bacon or salami i.e to put on the bread as far as I could see. The orange/applejuse was perfect though.

The rooms were huge and modern and the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my night at this hotel, which was conveniently located to go to San Francisco (though bear in mind too far from SF to go back and forth each day).

My least favourite thing about the property was the breakfast - not many options and the fruit was inedible. There's lots of food close by though so don't let this put you off staying here.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Besides a few hiccups during check-in all was well. Breakfast included was a nice plus.

For check-in our key was not activated. Had to return. Once we got our key activated, we noticed we got the wrong room. We had requested the 2 bed and just got a single bed. Had to go back again. Got moved to our correct room but once again our key was not working. Had to go back a third time. After this everything was perfect. Front desk staff was very nice, just a hassle having to go back and forth.

Perfect location for our trip to a local vineyard (Wente). All Staff were very helpful and polite - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean. The room was clean, spacious and with good aircon. The bathroom was well equipped and the towels were thick! Breakfast was just fine too.

Maybe some liquid creamer in the room! (The powder stuff for coffee doesn’t work..;)

The entire staff was super friendly. We arrived early and were able to check in. The availability of a safety deposit box was very helpful. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the morning breakfast was excellent. Definitely will stay again.

Rooms were clean, location is great if you're in the area to attend any weddings in Pleasanton. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Bathroom is outdated. The water pressure in the shower is low and the tub surface is very slippery if we don't use the rubber mat.

I like the location, all the amenities and staff are wonderful. In time of the pandemic, I salute the staffs for a job well done. It's highly recommended & worth every penny. For sure we will be back soon!

I hope they'll upgrade the ambiance coz it feels like you're still in 70's - 80's era. Nevertheless, our stay is worth it even for a while.

Close to freeway, and a short drive into the center of Livermore. Room was clean and comfortable, even spacious. Breakfast was filling, and offered several choices.

Nothing to complain about.

It was very quiet for a Saturday night. The location was good for commuting to the event that we went to. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean a little skippy on the bath soap but not a big deal. I bet if we asked for another bar they would have given it to us. Overall a very nice place.

The only bad news is that we were told there was a breakfast in the morning but they didn’t tell us there was no hot breakfast! They just had coffee and packaged pastries! I tried to get some orange juice but all I got was water out of the dispenser. So that’s the only bad thing otherwise it was all good.
