I loved the aesthetics of the property. Easy to access our room and parking was literally at the door of the room. This was very helpful when loading and unloading. The room was very spacious as well. The shower was just a little too small for my family. Lastly, the bed mattress on the ful bed was comfortable however the bed frame was not. The legs must have been bent because we felt at an angle when lying down. My head was lower than my legs which made it a little comfortable to sleep.

At night there wasn’t enough lighting. The pool area was really dark and walking to our room was like walking in the dark. It would be helpful to have some solar lights on the ground and around the pool deck or fence.

I liked that although our lodge (felt like a studio apt) shared a wall with another lodge, there was little to no sound disturbance between the 2 units. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. Well equiped kitchen. Shower had great water pressure. Nice clean towels. Love that it really felt like a studio apt and not just a motel(couch,tv,kitchen,dining table). It was nice to be able to cook meals! Site was clean and parking was easy. The receptionist that greeted us was nice. I totally recommend this place for couples and families.

It's hot out so i get the ants want to come inside. There should be ant traps. We had to be careful about taking trash out and not leaving food out.

It was a beautiful, quaint setting. The propertty was rustic, as I would expect for a mountain/ forest location. Our cabin ( cabin L) was very clean comfortable. The manager, Alecia, was very helpful, friendly and quickly responed to our needs. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The property has wear and tear ( mostly the motel section) but I was very happy with our accommodations, the setting and the service.

Everything was great! Checkin was fast and easy. Staff was friendly. We stayed in Bungalow K & it was beyond our needs. I wish I would have e known there was a juccuzi tub in the master bedroom, I'd have brought my bath bombs & bubble bath! Furnishings were up to date, and beds were clean and comfortable. Definitely renting again!

Honestly, everything was fabulous , but I would recommend bath & bodyworks wallflowers throughout or something for aromatics like cinnamon or pine. Upon entry I did smell old house smell. I just happened to have a b&b candle and it took tht away real quick. But other than that it was perfect.

Alicia in the staff is awesome. She is always a phone call away to help. The kids love the ice rink on the premise. The most convenient motel for a quick weekend visit to Dodge ridge. Please note that we go up there to enjoy snow, so don’t pay much attention to other stuff (others might!)

No Microwave in the room. But you can got to the office and use one.

We just loved the location the cabin and the fact we had our own little house for the night with a comfortable couch and private bedroom and nice shower the floor was a little I wouldn't say unstable in the bathroom but creaky lol but it was amazing there was a kitchen a fireplace and the owners hospitality was amazing

Wasn't really much to complain about we found a little spider friend lol but we handled him😂 oh yeah just the driveway entrance at night was kinda hard to see between the trees other than that it was awesome.

The quiet setting off the Highway was lovely and I liked the old-school lodge vibe. I stayed in a cottage and it was super easy to unload car, as parking is directly in front of the cabin. Loved the full-size frig and well supplied kitchen. Also great location from which to explore the National forest.

It was a little tricky finding the office, and in the cabin, plugs for electronics near the bed would be great. There is no AC and it was a bit tricky to cool off the cabin at night with the fan if one cared about people seeing in windows after dark.

I loved the casual grounds with a pool and skating rink, looked both charming and lovely. The staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed at the end of winter and the snow was pretty, I bet the pool in the summer would be great. Also, if you have an electric car, charge up well before heading up... it's about a 1 1/2 to the closest supercharger.

The bed was hard and the heater made loud noises at night so the sleep wasn't great. The bathroom was barebones and dated. The builder's grade aluminum framed standing shower stall that was painted to make it look fresh, but it was a small and cramped wash.

Came with everything we needed for our vacation, good size room for my family of 4. Came with everything you need to eat and cook with in their kitchen.

Water pressure was really low in the shower, heater in bathroom did not work, bed was really hard and uncomfortable, no smart tv or dvd player. When we wanted to relax in the evening and watch a movie there were very minimal channels available for basic cable.

Location was great. Off the main road so it was peaceful. The property was beautiful and quiet. There were very few other tenants, which was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No microwave in the room. Only one 3 pronged outlet so difficult to charge my laptop. The room had been cleaned with strongly scented cleaners and I had to air it out for a while. The floor was sticky.
