Great bunk beds which the kids loved. The housing is 3 star hotel or higher level luxury but with cabin feel, which is great for us. We found the value to be exceptional. Breakfast was great as well. If you stay here, definitely should do the Eco discovery tour of Yosemite. It leaves right at the door of this location and returns to same location. Restaurants nearby (Cocina and fireball ranch) were both exceptional, one lower priced and one higher priced.

I need dummy proof instructions and the instructions for checkin was not dummy proof enough for me. I arrived after 6pm and could not find the exact location. I luckily found an employee who helped me. I recommend checking in before 6pm so you get the help without having to freak out like I did.

The hiker's breakfast which included oat milk, energy bars and bananas. Generous walk in shower room with a fantastic shower and separate bathroom. Request for clean towels and crockery was promptly provided. Dedicated parking space near the entrance. Mexican restaurant and famous Iron Door Saloon walking distance from the accommodation, tasty food. Priest Station Cafe for brunch had great views on the way out of Grovelands.

There was no off switch on the TV so had to remove the entire plug at the back. Previous guest had taken the remote.

We loved the location and the attention to detail in the apartment! Very thoughtful, comfortable place to stay for visiting Yosemite. Amazing remote check-in system.

The property is excellent. Only two things I wish Booking.com had mentioned. There are Tesla chargers in the backyard (so I would have rented an electric car!) And the Bunkhouse is three bunk-beds, which you might imagine could accommodate six people. We were only three, so it was spacious for us. However, if I had brought a few more friends, we would have been surprised to find out that the top bunk beds can only hold 150lbs! Definitely a great structure for families with kids, but don't book the Bunkhouse for six adults.

After a long and at times difficult drive from San Francisco our welcome on arrival was warm. Avoid Deer Flat Road and Murderous Gulch where the winding sheer-drop mountain road, we believe from the gold rush era, is barely the width of your car. You will age driving it! The loft room was accessed from outside and was HUGE. We loved the 'log cabin décor' and the facilities within the 'suite' (it's so much more than a room). The co-owners/staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful and arranged a great packed-lunch for our visit to Yosemite Valley. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast available in our room was lovely with organic healthy items. We could see ourselves staying here longer and exploring more of the area and trying some of the activities this lodge can arrange. We think that a winter visit would be awesome. There were BBQ facilities that you could use, and the TV provided access to everything that you could want. The local town of Groveland was a delight and the Mexican restaurant just a short walk down the main street was great as was the 'Iron-Door Saloon; both provided great food and great atmosphere. We suspect you never need to leave Groveland for refreshments!

There were only a couple of minor points that, because we think were one offs, we won't highlight. However, the team need to consider all aspects of their offer so even minor issues with things not working properly don't occur. The lovely free-standing bath/shower looks great but is not terribly practical especially if you have younger children with you. Nothing detracted from our stay; we would highly recommend this facility for both short and long visits.

The apartment is spacious and very well thought out with lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. The bathroom in particular is beautiful decorated with lovely bath products. The dining area has a table and snacks which are perfect for days out- trail bars and bananas. The lounge area was very comfortable with recliners and blankets. It's spacious and more than comfortable enough for longer stays. The hosts were really accommodating and we were lucky enough to do a Yosemite Valley Tour with them too which was the highlight of our trip.

We unfortunately had a powercut during our stay which meant the air conditioning and certain lights couldn't be used but there was a generator and we had a fan and lantern. One note is that the air conditioning unit (when working) has a very bright screen/light which we found difficult to sleep with at night- a sticker to cover that up would be fab.

Great location, friendly staff, if you are travelling in and out of the national park this is by far the nest location enter in and out from. The southern entrance from oakhurst was always busy with over an hours wait to enter. From the northern enter we never waited more than 15 mins. Staff and facilities were outstanding. Great place to stay

The location. The people that worked there were really nice. It was unseasonably hot there and they tried to make it more comfortable for us.

Well when I got there the girl who worked for them wasn't very friendly. I get that I was early for check-in but she was not mean but really cold to me. Which I didn't appreciate.

Wonderful apartment that really exceeded our expectations. It is better than the pictures and the location in Groveland is also perfect with a charming town and a wonderful old Saloon walking distance for the evenings and a close drive to Yosemite for the day. The breakfast served in the apartment is also a nice touch. So glad we choose this over a hotel.

Would have liked to have a stove in the kitchen.

This place was so different than any place we've been to in our road trip. This is a cabbin in Groveland which is superbly stocked with everything you need for a visit to Yosemite. The staff is so welcoming, the view is fantastic, and Alexa - My God. this was the first time we had an interaction with Alexa and my kids just loved it!! thank you so much for a fantastic stay
