Excellent location and fantastic shuttle service from the Airport. The shuttle will even drop you at various other locations (eg. In 'n Out Burger or shops) and when you call, will return to a designated pick up point to collect you - this was truly an unexpected and very welcome, added bonus! If you don't wish to hop on the shuttle bus to go elsewhere, there is a Sizzler located just behind the hotel and if so inclined, a McDonald's very close by as well. We chose the hotel to be in close proximity to our hire car pick up which was a very convenient 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was fairly extensive and they also provided "Grab 'n Go" bags which were handy. It was a little odd that all the plates and utensils were disposable, however, it was easy for the staff to keep everything clean and tidy. The room was very generous and had loads of space for our luggage. The bathroom was well equipped. Everything was nice and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very good value for money and convenient as a stopover hotel if arriving or departing LAX at night or early morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Would have preferred proper plates, knives, forks and spoons in the breakfast room, however that was not a deal-breaker!

Excellent stay. Had a flight from Europe to US, and next day from LA to Seattle. The only thing you should know is that it's not a Holiday Inn, it's a Holiday Inn Express and shuttle doesn't circle by itself between terminals. You should call them. They send a shuttle really quickly at 10:40pm. We're really grateful, as it was a hard flight. They also changed our room from King to Double at no charge, as there were one more person in my party. Usual breakfast for Holliday Inn, but still all was in place. Wifi is fast. Room, bath, sheets and towels are very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was comfortable, the shower was hot, the staff were really helpful. This hotel had decaf tea which I've struggled to find in the USA. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was a lovely touch. We would stay again.

The breakfast was very sweet. Even the cereal and bread tasted extra sweet. This said there was a good range including hot items, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, toast, muffins, cinnamon rolls, juice and hot drinks.

Close to the airport and clean with comfortable bedding. Breakfast is also good.

Arriving at LAX, phoning hotel we got sent to wrong shuttle l, wrong holiday inn. We had to get dropped back to airport to wait for correct shuttle. This wasn’t great being very tired with 8 bags. The holiday Inn ( not express ) refused to drop us to our holiday inn express hotel or help at all really. After arriving at H exp we had a great stay and a good nights rest. Would come again but shuttles need to go between both holiday inns

We travelled here from England and stayed here before travelling onto a house elsewhere in California as our flight arrived late. We saw there is a shuttle to the hotel you can call for on arrival but we got in a taxi. It is a 5 min journey. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. We got a family room and the main bed was huge and really comfy. In the living room area the children slept on the sofa bed which they said was really comfy too. There was no noise from any of the other rooms. Breakfast was nice. Serve yourself and had cooked options and cold. The place for car hire is a 3-4 min walk up the road. All in all a great place to stay. Would recommend.

In the room: Nice reading/relaxing chair side table next to it which had a non slippery surface Perfect desk lamp, easy wifi access a/c easy to handle, tv as well, nice channel selection big working desk In the bathroom: nice shower, easy to handle bathtub surface prevents from falling down Lots of spase in bathroom for placing own necessities Very good dove cosmetics, all on the right placehuge mirrow, the room all over: all functional, no nonsense. who designed the room must have tried it out on her/his own. Very friendly and extremely helpful stuff at reception.

We waited quite some time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. But who could change the busy traffic on the streets of LA? :)

The location... The price and value for money.... The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Moreover it was close to the airport and they offer free breakfast and complimentary shuttle to the airport. The room also has a microwave which came handy since we stayed for a longer duration. 7/11 is jusg around the corner along with many other restaurants.

The AC in the room was abit too noisy. Also our room was next to the emergency staircase exit and everytime the door was opened it felt like someone was getting into our room.

I just needed something near the airport with a free shuttle for one night and the hotel served that purpose well. The beds are comfy. The breakfast buffet was good enough. Nothing fancy, but a decent selection. It also has a nice little shop for sundries and snacks.

Air conditioner was extremely loud Not the greatest neighborhood.

This property was a pleasant surprise. After reading through comments from nearby hotels compared to this location, I got the impression that this location is well-managed and they did not disappoint me. Usually, the comments include dirty rooms and failed assistance at other places but this property was all CANDO. The staff was friendly and efficient and the property was clean and well-maintained. I asked to check in an hour early the reply was, "no problem". The surrounding area was safe and convenient (a number of food places next door). I called for the airport shuttle and they responded quickly. The breakfast was amazing. I would stay here again and again.

First time to LA. Quick overnight stay before collecting hire car around the corner. Friendly staff and Jenny was very happy to answer our questions, breakfast was everything we needed and included in our price. King room and living room with sofa bed was perfect for travelling with a teenager. Gym small but fine for a quick workout. Morning sun on the pool. Perfect base near the airport and easy access to coast. Hassle free check in, lovely shuttle bus driver. A great start to our trip.

Gym could do with another treadmill.
