I loved the housekeeper that we had the whole time we were there it was an older lady she was extremely well and extremely nice I loved her and so did the family! If we needed anything or extra of anything towels washcloths etc she was always able to help us. She would check in with us to see if we needed housekeeping or what we needed everyday and she would even double check on us if we needed something before the end of her shift which was fabulous to us. If there is any way to give to make sure she gets credit on anything she needs it and we would be more than generously able to help.

Breakfast we were never able to get down to. I was told by house manager that breakfast stops at 9:00 a.m. there were several times that we would get downstairs to have breakfast at 8:30 and everything would already be closed up. Spoke to manager on duty and the response was they already run out of food or they already closed up for breakfast so then we would go and just eat breakfast somewhere.

Everything in the room was very clean. Towels clean, floor clean, bed and sheets clean. Location is wonderful if you want to visit Hollywood and Walk of fame. Bed is super comfortable, AC functions properly and we really had a good rest every night (we stayed up for 4 nights)

There’s homeless people in the surrounding but this is normal in LA. Breakfast does not have variety and all days is jus the same.

I like the location...breakfast is okay, toast , coffee and juice and as for the staff , they are nice and polite..munir and i forgot the namw of the guy who works in the evening, very accomodating..I will definetly come back amd recommend this place

It is right in the middle of everything and affordable. Staff was nice too.

Parking, the free breakfast was toast and/or a pastry.

When I arrived at the Super 8 hotel, a gentleman came to the reception - very tall guy - and said the rate was $158,00 per night. Then, I called Expedia and got a much better rate. I thought- I might be wrong - because he saw me alone, he tried to overcharge me.

The room and bathroom itself was nice as it was updated. The bed was comfortable and I liked the Flat screen Tv.

The continental breakfast was just slices of white bread to make toast as far as eating something.

Beds are very old. Sheets has rips and tear. Rooms smells very bad. Bathrooms are ok. Elevator smells marijuana. Outside hotel is all around homeless people. I stayed this hotel 2 years ago. It was good. But this time just I shocked! Staff was very good and friendly.

Only thing we didn't like was the parking I have a handicap plaque for parking and I wasn't able to park on the facility I had to park in the street
