We stayed in the studio for a week. We traveled with our medium sized dog. Very cozy and well-equipped room (equipped with kitchen and utensils). Parking in front of the room is available for 23 dollars a day. Breakfast is included in the stay. You can find sweet and savory. Staff is amazing and kind. Aylen welcomed us every morning with a smile and kindness. She made my mornings! The hotel is 5 minutes by car from the beach of Manhattan beach and just 3 minutes away you can find a fantastic park where you can walk with your dog. Trader joes is just 5 minutes by car and target is next door.

No balcony

Very convenient for our purposes. Nice big bathroom (though 2 sinks would have been nice). Little kitchenette with a big fridge. The daily breakfasts were absolutely fine. While we never did use it, it is nice that the fitness center is open 24/7. Just steps away from a Target, which is a stress reducer if you need supplies.

Our room stunk of cigarettes but the staff offered to move us and gave us bonus Marriott points, so that was nice.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was huge. The fridge was handy especially as it was hot outside.

The room etc was dated, there was a limited space to store suitcases and only a flimsy rack to hang clothes. I hate sliding doors and there was one to the bathroom that was badly fitting and kept opening. The lighting by the bed was poor and the soundproofing between rooms was very poor. The pool area was good except it was overlooked by the car park.

It was my first time staying at the Residence Inn, and everything was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't very diverse, but it was fresh during our stay. The location is ok, right next to Target and only 15 minutes from LAX. There's also a shopping mall nearby. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future!

The penthouse is equipped with queen bed, so it may feel a bit small for two adults to sleep comfortably together.

The food left a lot to be desired. It was little better than cafeteria quality. For the room price it should have been cook to order.

The security was non existent. The facility should have strategically placed cameras and crews to observe them plus armed personnel to respond. A guest had an expensive camera stolen from their room during a break in. The desk clerk supervisor would not call the police and shooed the lady out of the lobby. I will NOT stay there again.

I was there for just a few hours of sleep (I left very early in the morning before breakfast). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Extra charges. I bought the ticket via Bookings $185 (great price). On arrival I was charged $150 (shameful) for a 10 lb dog and $25 for parking. I wish Bookings would have notified me of these extra charges. I would not have stayed here.

Modern, comfortable and well set out apartments. The additional Breakfast is hugely helpful and cost effective for travellers. Parking was easy and plentiful. Nice suburb and surrounding areas.

Not much. Had a bit of a security issue on the final night with some youths in the complex. That was well managed.

Location to Manhattan Beach

Breakfast service is a complete flop. Bad assortiment, buffet space is too small. Empty products scarely replenished. Sitting area is crampted. Out of 7 days, I took a very unpleasant breakfast only four times. Coffee was great.

This hotel was fantastic! The 2 bedroom layout allowed a couple coworkers to share a room, while still having their own space. Our Office sent a birthday gift to one of the guests and the front desk made sure it found it's way to the correct room, which really brightened his day. They made check-in and check-out a breeze and it was a great location, we could walk to the beach.

My family and I really liked the room. Bonus was the kitchen area fully equipped. I was clean and location was perfect especially because target is literally around the corner.

My only problem was the the mattress from the sofa bed. It was disgusting! I wish they would not forget to change those mattress. Room #1917
