The food left a lot to be desired. It was little better than cafeteria quality. For the room price it should have been cook to order.

The security was non existent. The facility should have strategically placed cameras and crews to observe them plus armed personnel to respond. A guest had an expensive camera stolen from their room during a break in. The desk clerk supervisor would not call the police and shooed the lady out of the lobby. I will NOT stay there again.

Near hotel is big Target and Manhattan Village mall where you can find shops and restaurants. Beach could be more near about 20 min walk away. Hotel pool is nice and warm and it was great that it was open till 10 pm. We rent bikes from the hotel 35 dollars/ person/day. Room was a good size and functional. Manhattan Beach area is very nice, clean and beautiful.

Breakfast always ran out and there should have been more plates and cutlery. We ate every morning with disposable dishes, which is not ecological.

Overall a nice place. Convenient location near manhattan beach that is nice, L.A. not too far. The kitchen is really well equipped with all you need for cooking.

breakfast options could be better… the waffles could have more toppings, and there is not a great choice for a sweat breakfast.

Cleanliness of the the room, comfortable bed, and breakfast was good.

Staff wasn't too helpful when checking in. There was a minor scratch on the strip of my credit card, and the front desk rep advised she couldn't swipe my card to apply the deposit to my room. Instead of manually adding this card info in, which was already on file to reserve the room, she told me she couldn't do that and I would have to use another card. Unfortunately I didn't have another card and this caused a huge inconvenience for me. I spoke with another front desk rep the next day and he was very helpful and manually entered my card.

Location was excellent as for me needs. Breakfast was more than US standard is. Nearly U have target market and access to the beach - it is fe minutes by walk.

in the room U could found not nice small of humidity, most probably the room was not ventilate properly

Great to have a kitchen. Breakfast was very well organized with hot food. Staff were friendly and healthy. An easy walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Two of the three television sets in the room did not work properly. The couch bed mattress had metal springs and not comfortable for an adult. The kids were okay with it.

I loved the management and the staff, there was a misunderstanding and instead of not caring and going about their day Brenda and Alex went above and beyond to make sure my family were taken care of. I can’t say enough about the hospitality and kindness that was afforded to me. I will definitely stay here again and suggest anyone coming to LA stay at this hotel.

Superb location, right next to target and had a kitchen so we were able to make our own food. Breakfast was amazing (wish they served those pancakes every day😋). Room was very clean and all the staff were very helpful. Will definitely visit again.

The hair drier didn’t have cool air. I only dry my hair with cool air so it was a bit uncomfortable.

The room was sort of like a small apartment with two comfortable queen size beds, an extra couch & TV corner, and a small kitchen. Seemed like a great place for longer stays, but we stayed only one night. Staff was very friendly and breakfast buffet was also good. The hotel was like a complex of nicely arranged townhouses.

Nothing much, everything was good and in line with our expectation.
