Very clean. Staff, especially Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was muffins and coffee. Great location if you want to explore other sites than just San Francisco. We will definitely be back. Not the most luxurious, but awesome for the price.

It is in a great location just off the 101 and has good parking. It’s also next to an Indian Restaurant with good but very hot food. The room was comfortable for a one night stay. It was functional and comfortable for a one night on the road stay.

Our luggage did not arrive at SFO when we did. I gave a note to the staff about it describing our luggage. This staff member did not pass the message to the next shift staff member, so when our luggage was delivered, it was almost refused. Luckily, this second staff member noticed my tag on one of the suitcases (the other suitcase had my husband’s name which was not who booked our room). Whew. It was a close call.

Convenient location and pleasant staff. We had a fridge and microwave even though the room description said we wouldn’t have them.

Room was amazingly small, coffee maker didn’t work and it was a challenge figuring out the freeway routes to and from the hotel.

It was close to where we wanted to go, Muir woods. It was clean easily accessible in the staff of her friendly.

The noise from the highway! The safe didn’t work, there was no power to it and the hairdryer was broken it didn’t work, it was a room for four, and we only have two towels and washcloths. Of course, we were able to go down to the lobby and get more towels and blankets, and the man at the desk was so helpful replacing the hairdryer.

my room was located next to the house keeping store room, so you could hear them in the morning getting stuff together or just when they would talk in front of my door. I wouldn’t have minded the talking if it was 8 in the morning. Not blaming them either, it was actually other guest that would walk up and start taking to the housekeepers. Staff was considerate, other guest not so much.

I was pleased to discover my room included a Jacuzzi. However, a microwave/frig would have been a bonus. I slept well. Good wifi.

The heater always blows curtains into the room, making it difficult to use the desk. I wish the curtains could be replaced with blinds.

Liked the fact they let me check in early on the holiday Labour Day!! SO helpful and set the day up for a positive experience. Staff/Main office easy to access and prompt service. Stayed an xtra 2 nites for a total of 3 nites….05- 08 Sept/2022….Thank U Muir Woods Lodge:):)

My floor in the room cud have been wiped down a lil more….but not that big a deal. Room is far from soundproof….room above can send down loud noise….so sometimes a tad disconcerting, sudden and abrupt.

I was about ten minutes late for the breakfast of bagged pasty and coffee. It was no longer there. Not a big deal.

This travelodge is an excellent location to visit Sausalito, Tiberon, Mill Valley and also has easy drive to San Francisco by car or ferry. Local excellent restaurants are nearby. Even though it's near the 101, we had a room in the back, looking South/East. There were rooms looking east in the middle section. And, a lovely walking path along the tidelands with benches. The bathroom had updated shower and toilet, decent towels, comfortable bed and quiet customers. Excellent staff and service, delivering extra pillows and a blanket to our door. Great value and location.

In cold weather, the desk should offer a blanket for the bed. Also the electric plugs in the room need replacing as they were loose and wouldn't hold our power cords and cubes. And, TV instructions in writing. With so many different providers, ALL hotels need to provide this.

Location was very convenient. Jeff, staff, was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and San Francisco. Room was simple but fine.

Internet was out during my stay.
