The grounds were beautifully landscape and clean.The first attendants that greeted us when we pulled up in our Jeep to the entrance were exceptionally friendly. Once in the front desk area on check-in the staff was very professional in explaining all about what they resort had to offer us and had a very warm approach toward us.

The walls are very thin. I could clearly hear the guest in the room beside us coughing, talking etc. It seems the room we stayed in had a door that possibly is used as an adjourning room. On our morning of check- out 2 people knocked on our door twice 9am and 10am approximately I assume were the housekeepers seeing if we exited our room. Check-out is 11am. Right???

our room was near the pool, and families with small kids have rooms near the pool, and small kids were noisy playing . our next door people had a small kid crying at daytime and night. it’s difficult to rest and sleep early at night. I encourage the Silverado property to place people in rooms that are far away from rooms occupied by those families with small children. it’s common sense! children can be noisy playing. Other people want quiet place to r Elam and not get bothered by crying toddlers or small babies. Silverado is nice, rooms were comfy to stay in. thank you . Violet Espiritu

not much around to do in the evening, check in process was wayyyy too long, they didnt have my booking on record and tried to collect payment again even though i was fully paid at booking time. they figured it out, but took a while. also pool was not that great, expected better or nice option, pool bar closes at 5pm on a friday, very weird. In addition, the electricity blew out in our room twice when we were using hair dryer and curling iron at same time. Front desk sent someone to fix it quickly, but that was weird to happen in general and was also very weird that the hotel did not offer any complimentary items considering the inconveniences.

the location was good 10-11 minutes by car to Downtown Napa and Yountville. Near lots of wineries as well.

The restaurants and bar are average in ambiance and food. The bar in the main house is very unappealing, we visited in April so maybe it is better when it is hot and bright but the bar area is dated and unappealing. The conservatory could be nice but too cold to sit in when we were there. The main dining is The grill and that is average. they need to make both areas more appealing if they want to compete with the great places in Napa and Yountville.

We owned a house at Silverado for ten years and we have always loved the resort. The mansion rooms are very nice and the private outdoor space was great. We paid for the spa day so that we could swim in the bigger pool and it was well worth it. The mansion bar has excellent servers too.

It annoys me that they will not take cash at the Silverado cafe/market I had ordered something and did not want to charge it, but they would not take cash, so I did not buy it. Really ridiculous at this type of resort not to take cash. No signs warning you that I could see. They take cash at the bars!

Apartment and golf fields are perfect. Good location if you want to visit different vineyards. Definitely need to have a car to drive around the district.

The 150$ for accidentals per night. If you are staying for the week, you will end up with 1050$ blocked ob your card. Very unnecessary blocking the funds. Had a problem with double blocking of money, which had to discuss for 30 min with Reception. Sad waste of time.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the free shuttle between our apartment and the main area / driving range, which we took a handful of times in a few hours. We got a complimentary upgrade and the room was spacious and comfortable, and had a great view of the golf course. It was a great stay for a few friends. We would definitely come back!

Staff was friendly and courteous. We are very happy going there and will return. The pool had nice lounge chairs with umbrellas and plenty of towels. The restaurant server was very nice and appropriate. We have no complaints. Also, in the end we ordered 2 rooms for our family and ended up with a nice condo which was a bonus!

tired decor, equipment in room old , fridge not working , noisy air con, furniture worn , grill restaurant also needs an update . only appeals to stay if you a golfer

Super comfortable, pretty clean, and the facilities were great! Starbucks on-site was a bonus to the property. We didn't get a chance to use the additional opportunities it offered like the golf, pool, spa, but we definitely saw this place as a getaway for a small family since it has a little bit for everyone.

Check-in could have been managed better. It was a hot day, and inside there was a line of about 5 groups and it was taking particularly long. Air conditioning or requesting additional support from the concierge to check in would be helpful. Offering cold beverages or offering air conditioning would be great
