We appreciated having a table in the room. We appreciate the upgrades, we see they've been working on these. We were able to get a room @ a good rate. We recommend staying here.

The fancy bowl sink looks beautiful, however splashes water all over the countertop. To help, add a shelf or better 2 for putting toothbrush & toiletries out of the splash zone. Would like towel rack for hand towel. Breakfast existed, but hoping for hard boiled eggs. Coffee machine worked, but took a long time. Great, if post clear directions 1) 2), etc. Very good coffee. Great place, highly recommend.

Spacious room with a fridge & microwave & plenty of room & storage. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything felt and looked clean. Good value & the free breakfast was also good and had one of the best waffles I’ve ever had in my life.

Front desk manager was unbelievably rude, he actually hung up on me on the phone because I was confused about my check in time and when I tried calling back he hung up on me a further 3 times. When I was checking out the person (different guy) was in the hotel front office on the couch with no shoes on on the guest side of the desk. The management was very rude & just plain odd.

The bed and room were excellent. Everything worked and was very clean. I did not go to the breakfast as it was just continental, and I had to be a location at 0730 hours to make sure everything was properly set up.

Going up the stairs. However, the parking and room were worth the climb from the covered parking to the room which was very close. Actually the parking and room were excellent as the vehicle was directly beneath my room. I usually stay in that same room when I get a room at the hotel which was 115.

Room was clean Facilities good. Location was good.

At times it seemed like we were an inconvenience to the staff - Face to face they were fine but they didn't seem too keen to approach. In one instance they stood 'gossiping' away from the office and across the small parking lot leaving another customer and me waiting outside the locked office.

Clean and tidy room. Cozy enough to feel comfortable having the TV on at a decent volume and feeling fairly private not having to hear a lot of noise from other rooms or surrounding environment (outside of one loud pickup truck next to my window, but not the fault of the facilities). While the bed took up a lot of space (not complaining about the bed size) it didn’t feel cramped to move around. Bathroom was good, though a bit of a surprise that the sink was outside the bathroom and the style of sink was unique (elevated bowl on top of the counter instead of imbedded into the counter). Plenty of lighting, whether natural or artificial. Great selection of programming on the TV to pick from. If you’re on a business trip or need a place to stay to crash for a night or two this is a really good affordable choice.

Shower felt a little weak due to the size of the shower head and how spread out the stream was. Mattress and pillows were a bit too firm for my liking. Office chair seemed broken(?) as I couldn’t figure out how to keep it from leaning back and stay upright.

location and price. staff were exceptional, I arrived late in the evening after flying into San Francisco. I received a call as soon as I landed to check if my party made it safely and what to see what time we could arrive 1130 pm. he was very friendly and professional. once we arrived at the property he was engaging and humorous as we finished paperwork. cleaning staff were friendly and helped immensely when we had a complaint or problem.

antiquated decor, dead bugs in the bathroom and kitchenettes torn bed scarf gave a poor impression of the room cleanliness quality and cleaning staff, however, an easy fix and quickly rectified with friendly staff members as were the dead bugs in both locations. my sisters room has a stove that had burnt s food splatter on the stove top which was a let down that it wasn’t cleaned or replaced. the breakfast offerings were adequate although a hot option would have been nice. we couldn’t get into the pool area to lay out or swim but it looked clean.

The size was large and accommodating! A full kitchen, a dinning area, even a small balcony

The kitchen was bare! No dishes, eating utensils, no pots or pans, etc. Also, someone kept calling claiming the desk phone in the unit was their cell phone? How could someone give that number out?

unique layout of rooms and property - interesting. The staff was very nice and professional my room was private, quiet and comfortable Breakfast facility was very organized and clean with good variety

the card key took about 7 to 10 attempts every time to unlock the doors. The room still had left over trash on a shelf, but otherwise clean.
