The rooms on the top floor with the balcony are my favorite. I love the vaulted ceilings and the view of the pool area is very LA. Plenty of channels on the TV with a decent remote. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were a little hard after a few days but still better than most hotels. The security is comforting. I got deliveries to the lobby.

I went down to retrieve breakfast for my wife because she’s recovering from a knee injury and was told I couldn’t leave the breakfast area with the food and that if she wanted breakfast she’d have to come down to eat it. I’ve never had to stay in the cafeteria like 5th grade before and I really felt bad for my wife and any other disabled people. Perhaps better hospitality training needs to be implemented.

The location is right off the freeway, but you don't hear any noise. Pulling in, the landscapping is absolutely gorgous, feeling like a tropical hotel, you'd stay at near the beach. The room was a classic hotel room, clean with older carpet and couch. Standard door lock and chain. The bedding was AMAZING. pillows were fluffy and sheets were cool and thick. Bed was a tempurpedic type of foam and SO COMFORTABLE. I wish I had time to sleep in, cause this bed was amazing!! Bathroom tub was spacious enough for this chunky mama to take a relaxing soak. The courtyard area has a pool and grass area, wish I had more time to enjoy it. ROOM SERVICE- One of the only hotels to still have room service till 11pm. I ordered and my salad and potato cheese poppers were delivered fast and were so good. Shower pressure was AMAZING!! I will definitely stay here again!! Needed you key card to access parking area so that was also reassuring as I'm a solo traveler.

I wish the breakfast had hot items. When I went they had cereals, toasts and bagels (no cream cheese that I saw) and cantaloupe.

If I have to be away for more than a couple days on business trips, I'll try to fly out of ONT in order to stay at Ontario Airport Inn and be able to park my vehicle during the trip. While on the older side, it's pretty clean, staff is excellent, rooms are decently roomy, beds are comfortable and it's got a little laundry room with several washers ($2.50/load) and driers ($1.50/load, though it takes a second time on less hot setting to fully dry entire load). Very close to I-10 and a Denny's; the In & Out has been torn down for some reason as of June '23 and not sure what's going in on the corner.

WiFi was down the night I arrived so couldn't do any work. Rooms could use a little freshening up; they're clean but just seem on the old side.

Had a room on second floor this time; it was satisfactorily roomy and included a work desk/chair, mini fridge and microwave (I didn't end up using any of them as no need to this trip). Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Staff very nice and helpful. Liked having washing machines and dryers available ($2.50/load to wash and $1.50/load to dry, though thicker items needed another cycle). Being a park-and-fly hotel is something I really appreciate on those flights from/to ONT that are either early or late. Will definitely stay again.

While pretty clean with nicely mowed lawn, the facility does feel a little older. The laundry room could probably use a touch-up. I'm still waiting for a reply from the hotel to my message sent via Booking.com in March 2023 regarding a stay I had to cancel due to injury and if I could apply those unused funds to a future stay; maybe the staff doesn't have time to respond to Booking inquiries, making them a waste of time.

The staff were all very nice. The shuttle came to get me at 1 am. And the driver did not seem unhappy about it. The room had a lot of furnishings for a budget hotel. There were comfortable looking chairs and a desk. There was a safe. I think there was also a hairdryer and an iron. The price was half of what I paid the next night (although that was a suite hotel). The consumables (toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner) were only what you would need for the day. I think the shampoo and body wash were dispensers. I was happy to get the toothpaste as I can use the one or two use packages for camping. I am sure the small size is mostly to reduce the costs, but it is also probably better for the environment.

I arrived late and was given a room at the back of the complex near the interstate. Normally road noise would not bother me too much, but I never sleep well the first night of traveling. I did not sleep much at all. I should probably use earplugs. The chairs were old and a bit grubby in places. The bathroom was relatively small. I do not remember seeing a USB charger plug. I had my docking station and adapters. If you travel light, don't triage your charger's wall socket adapter.

Very nice, Grounds were very nice and clean, hotel room very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Price was great definitely would stay here again

I didn’t realize that there were smoking and non smoking rooms, definitely would have picked non smoking rooms. Didn’t answer questions I had about one of the rooms.

We were pleasantly surprised. the tropical setting and well-groomed older property showed pride in their operations. renovated and very clean rooms. …extra care taken to leave towels with special folds = all very welcoming. Then the bed was the best we’ve slept on in any hotel! we will stay here again when we have flights out of Ontario.

Only issue was the noise from the parking lot (our first-floor room faced on of the parking lots), and people going in and out of rooms. It was an active Saturday night.

The bed and mattress are very nice and comfortable. The room is clean, the only problem is the smoke smell in the non-smoking room. Also swimming pool is open 9am- 9pm. We came to the pool at 9am but at 9:30 the cleaning staff arrived and began to test water and clean the swimming pool with chlorine. In common the hotel is very nice and I can recommend it for short staying.

Smoke smell in the non-smoking room.

It was clean , comfortable and offered free shuttle to the airport.

Initially the door key card would not work. We needed a maintenance person to service the door lock. There is no on-site restaurant so we ordered delivery by uber. There is no elevator making access to the second floor difficult for elderly or handicapped. Electric sockets were worn so only made loose contact with plugs for phone charger and CPAP machine.

Check-in was a breeze and staff was friendly yet professional. Even the security guard was very polite, friendly and helpful. Good-sized room with comfortable bed. Quiet. Seemed like lots of parking available. Main reason for choosing ONT Airport Inn was the stay-and-park option which makes this place a good deal.

Some of the other guests seen were on the sketchy side.
