During the pandemic I stayed at this hotel several times I really appreciate it the staff and the service . When I came this time around nothing had changed everything was excellent . They were able to give me a connected room at regular rate prices. Also I was able to check in a bit early I had to request that but they allowed me to check in a bit early so that I could set up for the event. They were happy to replenish anything in the room that we needed. We used the pool which was very clean and fully stocked with towels and the grounds were well kept. There was always someone at the desk who was willing to assist with anything we needed. Upon checking out I lost my key to my car and they did not charge me extra for the time it took to find the key which was an extra 2 hours. Very gracious hosts. I'll always come back to this hotel.

There wasn't a thing that I did not like

Very nice property, confortable beds and convenient location, a few minutes away from Ontario mills mall and also close to the airport.

They didn’t do the room service, it’s only done every other day and could only be done daily upon request. I knew that since I had stayed before, but even with that, this time I requested the room service at the front desk and they didn’t do it. When I was back I got to my room to see it was exactly as I left it, no bed done, no clean towels, and that was annoying.

Checking in the staff was very friendly. Dan and LOLA helped us out and we're the absolute BEST. Made our check in super smooth and fast. The facilities are super clean. Bar and small restaurant inside made it convenient for us. The swimming pool was nice as well.

I didn't like that the pool area didn't have a restroom slash changing room. And maybe during summer the pool should close at 11:00pm. Also Im not sure who design the rooms but the toilet paper should be out in a better place lol it was uncomfortable grabbing DOWN to your left to get to it. Awkward spot lol

Way better than originally expected. The room was HUGE with tons of space. Didnt feel the usual cramped Hotel room; that was appreciated. They could of easily fit a small couch or additional seating as well. Bathroom was a little cramped, but that was easy to deal with. Just overall so much more than what was expected.

Elevator kept going out/taking a long time/stopping at every floor.

Simple day stay was nice, the entryway is very large and open, and the staff was nice and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was nice.

No mini fridge, outlets are old and yellowed likewise with the phones from the 90's, only one elevator worked and the bathroom door was so close the toilet you would have to straddles the toilet to close the door.

The location was great for our purposes, price was good.

The TV in the room is outdated, unable to sign into Netflix or other platform to watch tv. The room is no tech friendly, you need to bring your own stuff if you want to charge your phone or other devices. The place needs more lighting in the back of the hotel to feel safe to park your car there.

Christina was amazing recognizing I had a duplicate reservation and setting up a refund. Expedia had not sent me a reminder notice. The rate dropped day of arrival. Location was great and many restaurants and stores nearby. I would gladly stay here again as the rooms were so spacious.

No USB port in room.

The balcony view was beautiful and we didn’t even get the best view. Hotel during our stay was quiet and relaxing.

The cards seem to be very sensitive. Had to get new ones about twice. I feel like maybe trying to replace those cards with RFID cards might be better.

Staff, especially near elevators, including Security gal, were extra excellent and willing to help w/luggage, etc. Man at desk was also very good and attentive to customer's needs.

Hard to adjust air conditioner. Was warmer than I liked. Tried to change it w/directions on wall, but took awhile and not always able to do it.

The hotel was conveniently close to the event that I was participating in that weekend. So, getting from the hotel to the event (and vice versa) was super fast. The hotel itself was spacious and grand, which I liked very much. Plus, the room that they gave me was generous in size with a comfy bed and a great shower. I would definitely stay here again.
