The place was amazing. The staff was super. We would stay again no doubt.

Well there was confusion. We got to our room and it was all messed up from maintenance work. So we had to go change rooms and then also realized the listing that booking has is incorrect and had to pay more money for a different type room on top of having to change rooms due to the 1st one being all messed up. Booking.com needs to get their listing right. It stated it would be a king bed, a full bed, and a sofa bed. But actually it is a king bed and a sofa that turns into a full pull out bed. So that is why we had to upgrade to a room with 2 queens and a sofa pull out. So outside of that confusion the stay was excellent.

The suits were very roomy, clean and comfortable. I like the fact that the little living room is separate from the bedroom. The kitchenette was very accommodating and the basic essentials that one would need. The staff was very polite and professional

They need an easily accessible back entrance. Our room was on the first floor however it was all the way at the end of the hallway there's a door that leads to the outside and you can come in through the door. However, it's not very accessible at all. There's no way to get in or out through that door unless you walk through hedges

The breakfast was good, although there was plenty of seating, we ate in our room. I did like that there was a waiting area and restroom and coffee available that I needed as I arrived early. My computer desk was left behind and I was able to retrieve a couple days later.

That I was not able to check out late, my next appointment wasn't until 8pm and checking out early led up to us checking in to another hotel. The price of the stay was more than what I normally pay, and it was inconvenient to have to check into another hotel.

I took my daughter to see Cal State Channel Islands. Quite the drive from where we are in Riverside County. We we a late check-in. Both of us were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is beautiful and much larger than it appears. We almost got lost trying to find the suite. Breakfast was really good. We loved the suite. The staff were helpful and friendly. Looking forward to staying here again over the summer.

The location of the suite. It was really really far away from the breakfast area. I guess however, the walk was good for the exercise because breakfast was extra tasty and very satisfying. So no, no complaints at all.

No late check out for the marathoners. It ended up being okay, but would have enjoyed spending more time at the marathon after party. I would have spent more money supporting the local food truck there, instead I left early to get back to the hotel to shower up.

It would have been nice if breakfast was served a little earlier. Or, at least some items put out for us to easily grab on our way out at 6:00am.

Everything was pretty amazing. We ran into no issue. The hotel was very convenient and there were a lot of food options to chose from.

Room was quiet. We loved our room location right next to the laundry and fitness center. Reception was helpful and friendly. Breakfast food was great. Pool was opened =)

The sink in the bathroom was very high (nigher than normal) and my 4 year old couldn't reach to brush teeth or wash his hands. We could have really used a step stool or toddler bench so he could reach up to the sink area. I think that should be provided for families who have younger kids.

I was only able to have 1 towel per guest-could not get more towels ( asked 3x) never received. I used same towel 2 days

I loved the room, the layout of the room, the large walk in shower, the overall functionality of the room, location of the hotel and the great breakfast

The bed was a little uncomfortable as it was worn out and needs to be replaced. And i'm never a fan of not having/getting daily housekeeping.

How spacious the suites are, the TV greetings and the amenities were excellent. Plus heated pool!
