Near ocean, altho condo buildings blocked view of ocean. Rm 118 had step in shower but only one shower safety bar. My sister had terrible time trying to take shower. Parking field /lot outside window. Loud trucks and crew began their day at 2:15 a.m. and talking and ran engines which rumbled and actually vibrated the bed for 30 min before finally leaving. Told staff next morning they were very concerned, offered to change our room, but said the crew was checking out so the night ahead would be quiet, which was true. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was very kind when we asked about food delivery and other questions. Breakfast had quite a good variety of healthy choices. Very comfy seating/ pretty dining area. Pretty pool area.

Noisy trucks outside window the first night. They don't clean rooms until your 4th night. (!!!)

The breakfast was very good (maybe need coffee made a little bit earlier as my wife gets up at 5:00 AM). The location of the hotel was fantastic. Being that close to the beach (about a block away) was wonderful! We walked there at least two different days and had dinner and a real nice restaurant right by the beach, with live music! There was also shopping across the street, which was very convenient. The pool and other facilities were excellent. I love the town the hotel is in (Port Hueneme) and the staff was very kind to teach us how to say the town's name and direct to everywhere we needed to go. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the value (price was very reasonable with a big event going on in the next town (Dallas Cowboy training camp in Oxnard).

Everything was great, no complaints of any kind!

We had everything we needed, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Great place to stay and explore the amazing neighborhood, especially Ventura which is beautiful and is a quick 20 min drive away.

The only problem we had was that we couldn’t air the room because the widows were permanently closed/locked. But since we spent only 2 nights there it wasn’t a big problem.

Loved the size of my room it was clean and smelled fresh . The biscuit and gravy were good at breakfast. The beach was in walking distance. Very nice clean Quiet area.

Breakfast eggs have too much water and the sausage looks gray .Bacon would be a better choice. The outside hot tub needs up grading. The water jets are weak. The room needs to have new toilet paper rolls for every new stay.

Clean room, comfortable beds with lots of pillows, mini fridge. It was quiet too or we had quiet neighbors. I did not use the pool but it looked clean and well attended. It was very close to the beach. The included breakfast was good except for the few things that were unappealing.

Some of the offerings in the included breakfast were unappealing. The turkey sausage was gray, the biscuits and gravy looked gross. Coffee was cold later in the morning. Get there earlier if you want it hot. Plenty of other options.

Nice breakfast with good varieties of hot food. Location is convenient with easy access to the beach. Easy to connect my own device to the TV. Spacious room with multiple chairs. Microwave and refrigerator convenient to bring in food.

More electrical outlets for charging devices.

Good location, within walking distance to the beach and fast food restaurants across the street. Well maintained hotel with free parking and hot breakfast. Front desk staff and housekeepers were very helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Very nice location and they accommodated my request for a room on 1st floor. Breakfast service was nice.

They didn't have enough towels and i didn't have a chance to call the office. We also went up to use gym but only one treadmill was operational.

Excellent mattress & bedsheets! Good sized, clean room. Housekeeping, front desk staff & manager were very cordial and helpful. Did I mention how great my back felt after sleeping on that mattress? And the bedsheets, comforter & pillows were very luxurious.

No TV guide. I booked a room with a bathtub, but that’s not what I got; I specifically booked that hotel for the bathtub. That weird 1/2 shower glass let things get soaking wet outside the shower. Remote control was difficult to use - aiming had to be very specific & channel buttons were too quick to respond so that pressing 41 would get 4.

Didn’t like the looks of hotel on the outside. When first approaching it look rather worn and seedy. I was skeptical at first and the location wasn’t the best looking location. But upon entering I was very pleasantly pleased and surprised. The interior was way different than the appearance of the outside.
