The view was exceptional. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was an unexpected pleasure. Staff was helpful even to the point of finding me the perfect room for early check-in. I felt safe with the key card feature of getting into the hotel building. Love the pictures near the door to help you find your room.

The pool had a lot of foliage in it. I wanted to find a pool net to clean it. Staff could not keep up with breakfast service. Many people had to wait for multiple items to come out. This went on the whole time we were at breakfast.

Good breakfast with bacon or sausage, eggs, and waffle machines. Great view of the marina and mostly very quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to a great pizza place (you can walk there). A short drive to the beach and nice restaurants.

When we came out for breakfast there was no coffee and we had to wait about 10 minutes for it. At one point there was a barking dog that we could hear even with the windows closed. The parking is $12 per day.

Super grateful for on-site breakfast being open early for early risers like me. Hotel is a little dated but was very clean and comfortable. Location is great, super easy to/from highway but also really close to a wonderful beach and the price of the hotel is a third of the nearby luxury hotel which tops $400+ per night. Getting to that same beach is super close so save money and stay here. Super close to a strip mall with a Ralph's and multiple stores and places to eat. On-site free parking -- always a plus in SoCal.

There are several abandoned buildings just next to the property, including an old hotel that looks like it's been abandoned for some time. A little creepy if you're out walking alone early/late.

Close to the Channel Islands Harbor

I was charged top dollar for a room with a marina view, however my view was construction of the harbor. July 5th was nothing but noise and obnoxious drilling. I tried to take advantage of the complementary breakfast around 9 and the employee that was in charge of the breakfast area was more intent on getting everyone out and closing the doors than trying to help, be accommodating and make me feel welcome.

The breakfast was tasty , the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.. We enjoyed the view from our room.. also, upon arriving both Joseph and Johnny were very helpful and friendly helping with our check in process. We look forward to a return back to this property in the near future.

We had to walk and roam the parking lot since the the internet connection. was not very good in the main entrance. We were not aware of the extra fee of $12 to park in the lot of the hotel.

It was good. Breakfast was good for what it is, a free, simple buffet. It was clean, food was decent, I actually ate some. It was all good

I did not like the $12.50 parking fee. I did not like the "Booking.com" mess-up with the registration. Lady at the check-in desk got it sorted out. I booked through Booking.com & when I got to the hotel, it did not show me as registered. Good thing I had my receipt from online booking. Next time just call the resort directly. The 10 bucks you save is not worth the hassle.

This property is located right by the Oxnard Harbor. It’s renovated on the inside, and our Deluxe King room is HUGE - easily 2x the size of most hotel rooms. The location is very quiet at night, and after staying in other boutique hotels on the same trip, we were glad to not hear our neighbors next door. The breakfast included with room is better than most - you can get your choice of a variety of items - from oatmeal, bagels, muffins, waffles to eggs and sausages.

We like almost everything about our stay here, but if the fridge had a freezer compartment, it would have been perfect.

We are traveling celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary, and the front desk upgraded our room. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the harbor. It was a nice place to sit and relax with the sounds of the birds and seals in the background.

The shower leaked.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfort rooms. Great on the marina & seals :) You can go by walk (approx 15 -20 minutes) to another part of marina. Breakfast included

Breakfast is rather basic.

Staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was better than expected, with lots of things to choose from. The location was very convenient to everything I needed during my stay.

I didn't know that I would have to pay for parking separate from my room charges. I saw rats outside the building several times during my stay. Being close to the water, that didn't surprise me though. The hotel itself was very clean and I never saw any signs of them inside the facilities at all.
