I loved the location right on Palm Canyon; we could easily walk to everything in the middle of town.

Immediately next to the hotel is a very loud, raucous night club. The music and clientel blasted into the night. Eventually, the music and people quieted - but then there was the noise of empty glass bottles being dumped, seemingly by the hundreds. Plus, early the next morning, the recycling truck could be heard lumbering in and transferring all the glass bottles - cli king and clunking all over again. It did not make for a quiet, restful night.

The facilities were great, the pool was nice, the staff was constantly cleaning the courtyard around the pool. Loved the stay, wish we could have stayed longer!

Noisy occupants upstairs at all hours of the night. Lots of stomping and running, really wish people were considerate of others trying to get sleep. Also, when we checked out the older man in the bar area saw us trying to check out, but he took his time to help us. Thankfully a younger lady came out from behind the office to assist us and we were able to be on our way.

Just lovely! A rustic, spanish-style space with beautiful landscaping appointments and alcoves a bar, pool and ample FREE parking - and you cannot beat the location, the ease of check-in/check-out and the wonderful customer service from the staff throughout the property. The room was amply sized to our needs, very clean and the bed was truly wonderful - I told the front desk personnel that my husband and I travel frequently and this was the most comfortable bed I'd experienced in easily 15 years. The HVAC was easily accessible, usable and by comparison, much quieter than most comparable hotels in Palm Springs. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed the free hot breakfast (I chose sleep over food!). Particularly in view of our most recent visit and less-than-wonderful experience at a nearby hotel just last month, we agreed that this was the best hotel experience that we've enjoyed in the area. We will absolutely make this hotel our "base" for future trips to Palm Springs.

Our room was street-facing and it wasn't as bad as I'd originally feared. However, there was what sounded like some kind of power-washing or other work going on late-night. It may have been either the hotel or something happening on the street. Also, we were on the second floor and we did get a lot of noise from the room directly above (plumbing, shower, walking, etc.). The walking noise might be mitigated with carpeted floors, but the plumbing likely is what it is. For these reasons, I'll request a third-floor room on our next trip.

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful with mountain views at the pool to soak in. The pool bar was great and had a surprisingly large selection as well! The bed was very comfortable and the AC pumped cool air all night. The location was excellent with numerous bars and restaurants near by as well as the wonderful art museum.

The only downside of this property shows up if your room is on the back side of building "B", as there are multiple bars behind the property that play music until 0200 AM on the weekend. The front desk offered us ear plugs and the AC drowned it out a bit, but it is noticeable through the walls. This isn't really the hotel's fault so I wont blame them, but I want to set the proper expectation that some rooms are not for light sleepers.

Only ONE thing, but it was a major distraction. There is a bar adjacent to the property that was EXTREMELY loud until after 2 a.m. every night. If you go, avoid the east side of the property. Get even numbered rooms which will face west and you’ll have a great stay.

Food was good it was really convenient for me since I had to get to work early

I didn't like when I got back from work no one told me that I had to tell them to fix the roomnoi towels the bed ion a knot I was just tired to worry about ii so I got in my unmade bed and went to bed they should tell you at the desk when you check in that you have to ask for maid service I always leave a tip every nite for the maid service because I do appreciate them but tell a person you have to ask for that service...

The locations for hot buffet breakfast exceeded expectations - you can dine poolside, at the cafeteria or in the gardens. I loved that the room flooring was not carpet - felt it was to a higher cleanliness standard.

The route to the room was a bit confusing. They gave a map but I think improved signage would help ie this way to rooms 310-320 so you go down the correct hallway.

Walking distance to restaurants and shops , free parking, breakfast is good and included.

Building is outdated and AC unit is pretty loud.

Hotel was very clean nice rooms they didn't tell me that our room was next to the washer dryer which ran all nite I thought it was music but the next day I noticed it was the washer dryer..

I didn't like that no one cleaned up the room come back from work and the beds not made and no one checked the towels this iu one of the most expenseive room s I have ever got and had to fix my own bed I Left the maid a tip I don't mind doing that but I wish they would have told me that I was coming back to fix up my room....

I've stayed here multiple times over many years. The location in Downtown Palm Springs is perfect for me. I especially like the breakfast there as it has a lot of variety in the types of options available. The breakfast room staff does an incredible job at maintaining the food choices and keeping the dining room very clean. Like my other stays at this hotel, the accommodations and the staff are excellent. That brings me back over and over when visiting Palm Springs.

Everything at the BW Las Brisas exceeded my expectations. Due to multiple flight delays, I arrived well after midnight. The front office staff person was great at accommodating our very late arrival.
