The hotel was in a great location, had a nice pool, offered bikes and the staff were friendly.

Our room would have to be one of the worst in the hotel, stuck in a corner by an elevator and cleaning and mtce. It was dark, and certainly was not anything like the pictures portrayed. It was at street level and the noise from the road and cleaning staff were persistent. We were in room # 109, in my opinion compared to other guest rooms our rate should have been 50% of regular rate given the sub par room we were in. Bathroom was tiny and dingy.

Check-in process was really smooth and the receptionist was great to deal with. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The view of the pool was great. Parking being included was a major plus. There is a nice market in the hotel to grab essentials from. The location cannot be beaten - a short walk to the center of Palm Springs beside great restaurants and bars.

The furniture is a bit outdated and the air con/heat makes a lot of noise during the night.

Upon arrival a couple of the front desk people weren’t exactly welcoming. Luckily over the next couple of days we met some really awesome front desk people who weee very accommodating. 😊

We really enjoyed the pool area and fire pits. staff was really nice.

Loud neighbors and there was a party across the way at another hotel. You could literally hear the music until 2 am.

The Best Location. I can't walk as well as I use to. I was so pleased with the central location to VillageFest, shops and restaurants . We even found a karaoke bar a block away. The room was clean spacious, except the bathroom.

The bathroom is tiny so if you are using a walker or wheelchair make sure a handicap accessible room is your selection. This trip I didn't feel the need for one since I didn't bring a walker or wheelchair. We had a King deluxe and it was a high bed . Wow if you're short you may need a boost to climb up. But once in i loved the firm bed. I have nerve and back issues and I was actually able to sleep better than most places including my own bed. As for spa services go online and look up their packages to see if it is what you are looking for. It wasn't what I was looking for this trip but I may try on a future stay.

Loved the pool, location of the resort and close proximity to so many restaurants, shops and wonderful hikes; the airport shuttle was a perk. Didn’t need to rent a car due to everything within walking distance.

Initially checked into room 218, had to request a different room as the room was dirty, and carpet smelled (and looked) as though it was rotting. Front desk agreed to accommodate a different room which was much cleaner. Current construction going on during weekdays at the resort. Bathrooms dated, music at pool was very loud

The resort was perfect. We were there for one week. The room was large, bed was very comfortable. There is a small sofa as well as a small dining room table. Also had a balcony that we could sit outside and drink our coffee every morning and also had a great view of the pool as well as the mountains. The room has bottled water and coffee daily as well as having a mini fridge and microwave. The room and common areas were very clean. The beautiful gardens and pool area were very well maintained. The staff that we ran into was very friendly. It was a perfect location. We were a block away from restaurants and shops. What a great getaway!

Palm Mountain Resort & Spa is my favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. It's clean, quaint, and quiet. The property and rooms are always clean; and the beds are comfortable. I like the convenience of the mini refrigerator and microwave. The pool is always clean and well maintained, along with the pool area. The property is just a jump, a skip and a hop away from the main strip of shops and restaurants. So conveniently located to everything. It's an awesome place and its pet-friendly too!!!
