The pool was lovely and the serving staff around the pool were excellent and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Oh and the body wash was bomb!

The first room we stayed in smelt like cigarette smoke and the Air condition unit was so loud it kept us up all night. In the nook called to switch rooms and they provided a new room that was an upgrade from the one we were staying in.

The hotel is located a quick walk away from the main strip, though I wouldn't recommend the walk in the scorching heat. It is a lovely, clean hotel with a luxurious ambience. The big, spacious, outdoor pool has plenty of seating available and a bar in the pool area, with a waiter walking around delivering drinks. Our room was very clean. It had a mini fridge, a nice size TV with accessible AV plugs and there were plenty of USB charging ports in the room. The enjoyable view from our room was of the pool area. All encountered staff were very friendly.

Food options inside the hotel in the evening were limited and there weren't any functioning eating establishments just outside the door.

The pool area was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. The service around the pool was good, the people that worked the pool area was comforting and available if you needed them. I will be coming back and bringing friends to enjoy the comfort and the welcoming him committee of the hotel to see for themselves.

Stayed here for Coachella. The room was clean and spacious. Quite enjoyed the pool at the property.

The sink made a strange noice right after you turn off the water, but it didn't bother me much. The location is convenient, but walking alone at night to the downtown area was pretty scary, so I mostly ubered.

The pool area was nice and large. Staff was super friendly and helpful and were quick to get us to a room where the air worked. Place was clean though seemed a little dated in some areas.

Not enough shade or staff to work the pool area. The Buffet was a little disappointing for it being such a pretty hotel. Pancakes were hard and parfait was frozen bricks.

Pool is beautiful. Enough chair with great music. Pool staff are excellent. Our room was the best. Pool view. The hotel lobby is one of the best. Perfect for gathering with friends before heading out to lunch, night club...etc

PARKING FEE IS HIDEOUSLY HIGH. $35/NIGHT...!! ITS TOO MUCH PALM SPRINGS IS NOT LOS ANGELES.

The room was nice

Wasn't anything against the resort. But trash was all around the pool and near the exit doors to the pool. The visitor's should be ashamed of themselves and throw their trash away. It's very hot out and those employees are doing the best they can to accommodate us and keep us comfortable and happy. While everyone is leaving theor.mess everywhere super disappointed in the visitor's amd families

Amazing hotel with an excellent staff! Nothing but smiles from everyone me and the family interacted with. My 8 and 4 year old had a blast at the pool. Best Father's Day I've had in years and me and my wife are planning a weekend for ourselves here!! Can't wait!

Everyone was perfect in my opinion.

Great location to walk to downtown, beautiful pool that was clean and large, very friendly pool bartenders, especially Matt and Jeanetta and the beautiful mountain and palm trees made for a daily dose of relaxation. We had a pool view king suite with a sitting area and a large balcony overlooking the pool. Bed /pillows were comfortable. Good refrigerator to hold drinks and food.

Water pressure is the shower was very low, there was not good exhaust so things got a little steamy. The restaurant served breakfast but had a limited menu otherwise which I presume was due to Covid. Note there is a parking fee of $35 daily although this was mentioned in the booking.

The facility it self was clean and the room was nice. Bed was comfy and big.

The pool was closed when we checked in, we were looking forward to a night swim (bummer😕) The halls and elevators were very hot and stuffy. Nothing to watch on TV. No movie channels. Wish they had smart tv's so that guests may log into or stream Netflix, Disney+, HBOmax ect... accounts.
